The hosts was friendly and professional and clearly explained what I need to know about the property and the amenities associated with it. The service from the staff was excellent and they were always on hand to help, which did in a friendly manner. The flat itself was very clean and it had all that I required to do self catering when I wanted. It was well equipped, as described in the property description. I found it comfortable to relax in and to watch the life of Havana. The restaurant area was comfortable place to sit and I enjoyed the food that was served, much better than some of the local restaurants which tried and the service was vastly superior. The whole area was restaurant area was kept clean as were the loungers, of which there were plenty. The pool, though not large was well maintained, the water clear and clean. The section of the Amoudara Beach - about 55m in width - immediately in front of Havana 4 complex. was likewise well kept and served by staff. Heraklion is fairly close by easily reached by bus, taxi or, for the fitter by walking along the beach - a cool and pleasant 3.4 km walk. Be aware the foot bridge at the Heraklion end of the beach is closed - no warning is given. Only when at the foot bridge is it obvious it is closed. Heraklion is then reached by walking along a short road to the right of the foot bridge and over the road bridge.

I cannot think of anything negative about the Havana complex. The beach music which was played was not loud or obtrusive. Neither was the beach volleyball being played adjacent to the complex. If anything watching a game was enjoyable. The courts are part of the complex.

you wake up , in 2 meters there is the pool, and in 20 meters the beach . Perfect

Bardzo czysto, piekny apartament, zachwycajace polozenie, klimatyzacja nowa, cicha i pachnaca, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, brakowalo kilku rzeczy ale to nie byl wielki problem:) Apartament pieknie polozony, plaża na wyciagniecie ręki. Do sklepow blisko. Mozna zamawiac posilki w plazowym barze ale jest to tylko fast food, my niestety nie gustujemy w mrozonej pizzy i hamburgerach więc nie korzystaliśmy ale ceny w karcie mocno podbite i w podobnej cenie jedlismy świeże dania w restauracjach, których w okolicy nie brakowało.

Bardzo głośno! Poranki mile i spokojne ale od 9.00, kiedy bar zaczyna działalność, muzyka, tłumy ludzi, imprezy, mecze siatkówki do późnych godzin nocnych. My tam przyjechaliśmy odpocząć, a w ciągu dnia trzeba było uciekać od dzikich tłumów przy basenie, głośnej muzyki i krzyczących wszędzie dzieciaczków. Zdecydowanie za głośno! Przestrzeń jest tak nieduża, że właściwie wszyscy ci ludzie siedzą tuż pod oknami apartamentów! Basen zamykany dla przyjezdnych o 21.00 ale bar i boisko czynne do późnych godzinnym nocnych, muzyka z głośników dudniła do północy! Za głośno na relaks urlopowy!
