Miro was an exceptional host!He helped us with our Luggage and gave us information about the area. The apartment is very big and very comfortable. It was just the two of us., But it had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. it had a fully equipped kitchen, small dinette area, and a very nice terrace/balcony right in front of the water.Big plus, it had a washing machine, which we used, and a parking area down the street. The place was seven minutes to old town by car.We took a Wine Tour,and they picked us up and dropped us off in front of our apartment. The place was very clean, the sofa and chairs in the living room were not the most comfortable in the world, but they were fine. I don’t think this place has air-conditioning, but the temperature outside was great, and it had pedestal fans in every room.

The bedroom doors facing the front porch don’t close properly hence they are open all the time.We didn’t think it was a big deal.

A very nice apartment, with a relaxing outdoor space right on the water. Miro is a great host. It was about a 15-minute walk into town. Also about 10 minutes walk to Port 9 where we took a hop on hop off water taxi to Badija and Lumbarda. We really enjoyed our time in Korcula!

Miro of course as commented by others in reviews . An intelligent interesting thoughtful man who would have assisted if we required anything at anytime ( well maybe not during a football game 😂 ) . Fortunately our whole stay we did not need to contact him though as everything needed was supplied . Location about 15mins walk from Old Town. Close to beaches and Studenac Market. The large Konzum in Old Town is definitely the best value market close though. Access directly out of our spacious room to the water . Lounge chairs and an outside table and chairs supplied for use at breakfast or sunset drinks . Kitchen facilities and good size refrigerator . Clean and spacious room with bedroom separate to the living/kitchen area . The perfect place to relax .

Wi-Fi sometimes dropped out for periods .

Large apartment with 3 good sized bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and a long balcony with amazing views. A well equipped kitchen. The direct access to the water is the real highlight to this property with sun lounges and umbrellas next to the water. Miro greeted us as the property and was available if we needed anything.

Even though this apartment is 3 bedrooms it is only set up for 4 people.
