Although we didn’t need anything during our stay because everything was perfect, the communication we did receive from our host was great. She gave us the code well before check in. The two days we had heavy snow, the driveway was plowed early in the morning for us. The house was clean and very welcoming. Great layout for a family gathering. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Loved petting the farm animals across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and easy for cooking meals! This large farmhouse was the icing on the cake for a great vacation for 7 people!

We had a wonderful four-night stay at Shana's farmhouse. It was nicer and larger than I could tell from the pictures with plenty of room for all of us. On either end of the house is a family room with stairs to the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms and a bath on one side of the house and two bedrooms and a bath on the other side. There is a foyer, large modern kitchen, and huge dining room in between. The third full bathroom is off of the kitchen. The sixth bedroom is off the dining room. There is a huge, walk-in pantry closet. The kids loved the toy room and game room. The house was well stocked with all the basics and then some. My adult children who rent places all the time stated that they never stayed at a place that supplied just about everything but your meals. The coffee bar in the dining room was a real treat. The kids (and adults) loved feeding carrots to the horses and petting all the animals. We had no complaints and did not need to reach out to the host for anything. The location is great. It was under two hours to Niagara Falls for a day trip. Letchwood State Park was 40 minutes away and definitely worth the visit. Five minutes away is Cuba Lake where we rented a Pontoon and had tons of fun.

This place had everything we needed, from toys for little one to comforts of home for everyone else. We loved seeing the animals across the street and enjoyed the peaceful setting that this home provided. Definitely recommended it!!

Awesome space with plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Friendly cats and barn animals outside. The game room was a nice touch too! Overall, would definitely recommend this spot.
