Great location and communication with the owner. Grocery store is just around the corner and it is close to Panzano and other villages.

The host literally went out of her way to collect us & drop us off at the station.

There was no milk, oil etc to assist in the kitchen.

The house was super clean and well decorated.

Bathroom a bit small and lacks ventilation, but its not a big problem - open window helps. Shower is great. Bed a bit too soft and pillows too big, for me personally. We appreciated to have two pillows per person to choose from, but we would appreciate even more if the pillows would be different sizes, including a smaller one :)

Even though, we stood only one night, it was a night to remember. Very clean, very nice area, the parking was very close to our room, and I have no other words to describe. Fantastic! 10000 of 10!

It has everything, fridge and kettle in the nicely decorated room, a complete kitchen, living quarter and a garden where I have my dinner. Would have stayed for another night if not of the next booking already confirmed.

I had problems to sleep due to the noisy guests in the other room. I don´t know, if they were too noisy or if the walls are too thin. When they were showering (which was at midnight and then at 6 in the morning again), I heard it right next to my head. Pity.

Friendly people. Spacious room, cozy bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The whole building is refurbished and nice. Walk distance to the village and supermarket.

By quite a busy road. Everything else was perfect.

The room was very clean and had all the necessities (including Netflix). Elisa the hostess was great and very friendly. A few minutes walk from the center of San Donato where there are a few restaurants and cafes'. I was doing the Via Romea Senesa hike and La Bugia del Sensale was right on the route which was very convenient for me. I highly recommend staying here!

Kind and helpful staff, easy communication. Newly renovated facilities with all you can need on a short stay. We could use common areas - kitchen, living room and the outdoors terrace. New air-con is so quite, I haven’t even realized it was on all night. Good new windows that isolate any noise from outdoors, comfortable beds. Area has nice local restaurants and small local bar all within a short walk distance. You need a car to arrive here.

If you are a sensitive sleeper, and prefer to sleep with open windows instead of using an air-con, consider asking for a room that is not facing the road. That small road was surprisingly loud.

The accommodation was beautifuly and clever designed and furnished. Communication with the owner was pleasant and easy. This location is great if you want to do the wine tasting tour-there are many great vineyards nearby.

The room was beautifully decorated and appears recently refurbished (or if not is in excellent condition). You can tell a lot of effort has gone into the care of the room. Air con was great and there was even a mini fridge too. Elisa was so welcoming and helpful she even offered to call the airport when our luggage was lost. She was very responsive by WhatsApp and all instructions were super clear. Just a 10 min walk to the town so quite local too. The bed and pillows were a dream to sleep in and the curtains were thicker than I expected so I wasn't woke up early by the sun! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Even tho it was short, we had a lovely stay and the location is just stunning. One of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. The host is so friendly and helpful. It was definitely a special day for us.
