This property, do you have the facilities and resources throughout the entire property were simply amazing! Our family would rate this property and 11 out of 10! The property was clean and furnished with top of the line linens, furniture, and every appliance you could think of. We would definitely recommend this to others and we definitely plan on returning to this property again perfect location to the beach to catch both the sunrise and then a stroll to beautiful downtown Duck to go see the sunset. Typical day was to catch the sunrise at 6 AM. Bring the family to the beach for two or three hours in the morning, come back for lunch a nap and then pool time in the afternoon early evening. We’ve stayed at many beaches throughout the East Coast and this was by far the best all around experience we ever had tried to book this if you can!

This home has it all! It is equipped with everything our family of 11 needed! The weather wasn't the best - so having the indoor pool at the community center was a REAL treat!! The owners of the home have thought of it all.....they even have motion sensored lights down the steps and outside the home. The home is in a GREAT location....it is easy to walk to the beach, to the community center, and to many stores and restaurants in Duck! The owner was GREAT at communication! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan on returning sooner rather than later!

We had a wonderful stay at SEAk. The home is spacious, has a great setup and amenities, and is well maintained. Short walk to the beach and the access to neighborhood extras (e.g., indoor pool, racquetball court, exercise equipment) is a nice bonus. We will look to stay again.

Our first family trip to OBX was wonderful! So many things regarding our property experience went well beyond our expectations. Let me first comment on our host Aubrey. She was attentive to detail, quick to respond to any inquiry and extremely friendly. She went out of her way to accommodate and meet our needs. Thank you Aubrey and John! Now, the beautiful property. This house is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The beds are large and comfortable, the three bathrooms were clean and provided ample space. A loft game room is well stocked with puzzles and board games. Additionally, there is well stocked bookcase with selection for all age groups. Outside there is a large pool which is sparkling. We wondered if it’s a salt pool due to the lack of chlorine smell ( which is always an issue with my respiratory system) The hot tub was enjoyed by the men in our family. There is a well stocked shed with pool and beach supplies which happily included a beach wagon., chairs and a sun canopy that was a breeze to put up. Just a very short walk to the beach access. The private beach is family oriented and not overly crowded. The community provides a gym and two which we made daily use of. Oh, and I have to mention that the Friday to Friday rental week was a game changer! I heard horror stories about the traffic however we had no traffic in or out!! This is a vacation home and host that we highly recommend!!
