The house was VERY clean and in a great area. We were able to walk to the boardwalk and the beach with the kids which was very convenient. It was also great to not have to carry a set of keys around as the house was set up with a padlock. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

I arrived home today 10:15 AM and received an email from owner that 4 bath towels were missing.
I replied that there were only 2 bath towels and fortunately I brought bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for 5 people. I did not remove any towels that I did not own.
I also commented on the strong oder of mildew and mold. I’m allergic to mold and had a constant headache the entire week. The owner stated “that no one has ever complained of an order. I smelled it even with the many air fresheners throughout the house.
The street the cottage is on is very busy and no dishwasher.

Back yard is awesome. Back porch is a great room. Location is fantastic, close to beach, boardwalk, food, etc. Angel is on top of everything and a great person to work with. Already planning our stay there for next year.

We enjoyed our stay ! The house was clean and updated , they provided linens and plenty of kitchen supplies. The only downfall was not being able to have a few visitors for the day. We would have spent most of the time at the beach it would have been nice to invite them for dinner since there is plenty of outdoor seating.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. (4 adults and 1 child) It is supplied with everything you need. The house was impeccably clean and decorated adorable. You can’t beat the location! Just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach! The owner was quick to reply with any questions and check in was seamless. Definitely will recommend for anyone looking for a Great Beach Vacation!

We loved our stay. Cottage is clean, neat and spacious. Loved the backyard space, the sunroom with full AC. Loved the little deck out front.
Perfect location to the beach and boardwalk just one block away. But it’s still quiet and peaceful and the same time.
Ryan’s deli/bagels right down the street. If you want to walk to dinner but don’t want to eat at the boardwalk try Breakin Bread (BYO). Great little Italian restaurant with amazing food.

My favorite part of this house was the location. Being close to the beach and boardwalk is key during Jersey Shore summers! The area was also very quiet at night. The house was impeccable. The porch was fantastic to have morning coffee and relax. You do need to bring staples like sugar, coffee, laundry detergent, etc - things like that. But nothing too major, an Acme is close by. Owners are quick to respond if you need anything.

Very clean, close to beach, unfortunately we had very bad weather and where not able to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked to.

The house is well maintained, fully furnished, beautiful appearance, supplied with any and everything, and a block away from the beach and boardwalk. All kitchen supplies are there which is great. It's also great that you don't have to worry about having a house key & carrying them all week, as the door is a security code entry. Communication is always available if need to contact the managers, but no problems ever! Central air conditioning works fully!!!......although, I would recommend bringing some additional blankets. I, myself personally, have always brought my own linens when doing rentals, as it does feel more comfortable away from home.
I would definitely give it an A+ in renting to anyone!

Our family enjoy our stay at the Marlin Cottage. The property was clean and close to the beach an boardwalk. It would be nice to have a dresser for clothes but there was plenty of closet space and hangers. The front door gets very hot in the sun.

Since our stay - I learned I'll never go back to staying outside of seaside park / driving to the beach - location was so close to the boardwalk, breakfast, and convenience stores. Chairs available in cottage.
