The apartment is indeed spacious and the location is excellent. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. The apartment was quiet.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Everything was as stated. It was much bigger then I expected. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was quiet and very secure.

no breakfast included but the location 100/100

all was good except the check out time was really very early @10am

The location was brilliant

We did not receive any email with instruction regarding the check in or how to get the keys. After arriving in Cardiff, I had to call multiple times to get an answer with instruction. I was very disappointed to chase the owner to know where to grab the keys. Extremely poor communication from the owner, I can even say unexisant communication. I expected a minimum of guidance and welcoming but unfortunately it was none. After leaving the place, I had to drop the keys outside by bicycle lock where the cleaner was waiting for me to get the keys. Without even any greeting, without even a "hello", she just asked the keys while talking on the phone in different language. It was very strange and awkward moment. She didn't even try to tellcme who she was until I questioned her multiple times. Very awkward.
