The lights outside of the property were not working. Dark in the hallway, not the best for security or for older visitors. Overall, beautiful property, well kept. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this property to others!

We loved everything about our stay, would definitely come here again! We were super close to the beach, and the kids really liked the pool too. The pool was nice and warm and even though it wasn't huge, it has an 8ft deep end. The unit was immaculate with plenty of towels and extra bedding and anything you might need. We loved all the little extra touches. Our host was one of the best parts, so sweet and communicative. She knew we were vegan and had vegan chocolate chip cookies (crazy she was able to find them!) and tangerine juice delivered. She also went out of her way to find restaurant recommendations for us and we ate at one of the best vegan places we've been to (Lila in Sarasota)! I would highly recommend this place, and specifically this unit over any other if you are debating between this one or others. Thanks again for everything!!

This property was amazing! It was a very cute, clean and comfortable space. The owner is super thoughtful and offers several special touches like a binder with tons of recommendations and information, extra toiletries in case you’ve forgotten something, local treats and helpful/fast communication. The beach is so close and beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

My wife and I wanted a short beach getaway, and this condo was great. I had all that we needed and more (I forgot my razor, but our host had provided some disposable razors under the bathroom sink). We could walk right out to the beach, and even saw a manatee our first time out. Heidi is a great host and communication was excellent. She even left us some goodies to eat while there.

Heidi was the most responsive host for any property we have stayed at. She was so kind and considerate! The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated with lots of “extras” in case you forget something. The pool area was very clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. The balcony was roomy and a great place to view the pool and ocean! I would definitely recommend staying here or at her other property!!

My friend & I were looking for a beach front property, for just a few days, while in town to take care of a few things. I came across this 1 bedroom property, right on the beach on LBK. This was my first time booking through VRBO. I am not at all, “technology savy,” so these things can be challenging for me. That’s when Heidi stepped in & very sweetly, text me & took me by the hand. She not only walked me through the process, but booked property for me & then, this is the kicker, answered a very long list of questions for me. And, got back to me very quickly. Thank you Heidi! Your patience was so very appreciated. Upon arrival the unit was so very clean, you could eat off the floors! Not even kidding. In all my travels, I’ve never seen a place so clean! Even the balcony floor was spotless! Unlike other places I’ve stayed, Heidi provides a long list of extras such as, plastic bags, sunscreen, body wash, shampoo & enough paper towels & tp for our two days. Although complex is older, it is very well maintained. Each day, employees were seen cleaning & maintaining, constantly! I personally saw an employee straightening the pool chairs, once people left the pool area, giving it a nice & neat appearance. I love that! & appreciate it! We also appreciated the outdoor showers, as we walk the beach every day. Comfie beds. Heidi even left us a key lime pie & coconut water, as a special treat! So thoughtful! Thank you Heidi! You’ve created lifelong guests through your attentiveness! 👍

We had a great week just relaxing at the beach, swimming in the pool, enjoying the porch, and eating lots of yummy food! Heidi was the BEST host—great communication, always checking on us, provides so much extra at the condo—amenities and snacks! The condo was a perfect fit for the 2 of us. The property was very nice and loved having an ocean view and a very short walk to the beach. Recommend Heidi and her properties 100%!

The whole property is kept up beautifully. Rooms are clean and everything worked properly. Our host kept in constant contact with us to see if we needed anything or had questions about the area. Staff and vacationers were friendly. The beach is clear blue with white sand. Seafood restaurants nearby serve what was caught locally that same day. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Heidi's condo for a couple's getaway/anniversary. We had the best experience imaginable. The condo is steps away from the beach, it was always nice to be at the beach every single day and able get to the beach to sit and watch the sunset. We loved the small details like free drinks in the fridge on arrival and then some special treats delivered the next day! Thanks Heidi!! We especially loved the book of recommendations for resturants and fun things to do in the area. Honestly, the area was just remarkable and we loved everything Annamarie Island and Long Boat Key had to offer. Thanks for a well kept and beautiful condo to enjoy for our vacation! We loved everything about this charming condo - its cheerful beachy decor just steps away from the beach, its location in the lovely landscaped and family friendly Silver Sands property, and its proximity to so many excellent restaurants! Even better, though, was its owner, Heidi, keeping us well informed of all we needed to know and even surprising us with a lovely anniversary gift. So thoughtful!

I’ve come to learn that you can never judge a book by its cover, well let me just say being there was so much better! We had a wonderful time in LBK and Heidi definitely made us feel right at home! Everything about her slice of heaven in LBK was just as described with wonderful views, less than 100 feet to the beach and great accommodations including beach chairs towels and umbrellas, all we had to pack was swims suits and ourselves! The first morning waking up to fresh juice and Keylime Pie was a great start to our week! Heidi has definitely restored my faith in humanity as she was so kind and so helpful throughout our vacation!! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend! We’ve found our forever vacation home!

We just returned from a 3 day stay here and my boyfriend and I loved it! Great location, clean, comfy bed, beach not crowded at all, friendly staff in the office and to top it off Heidi is a wonderful host! She was very responsive to questions and very personable and sweet, and bonus delivered us the best key lime pie ever to our door!! As someone who is very picky about where i stay this place checked all the boxes for me! Also the pool wasnt crowded, we actually had the pool to ourselves a couple of times! We definitely would stay again!!

This condo was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. The pool and beach are so close ...and the lanai offers a view of the beach. Definitely would stay again! Heidi was very helpful and kind with all kinds of information regarding the condo and LBK area. My kids enjoyed all of the games in the cupboard and sand toys for the beach.

Heidi is an amazing host, incredibly responsive and she truly has you as the guest in her best interest. He goal is that you have the very best vacation, and she does everything to ensure that. The condo was perfect for our small family of 3, great view of the pool and the beach. The pool and beach are both amazing, you could walk for miles. The putt putt course is perfect for kids. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time by the ocean.

Heidi’s place was lovely. So quiet, comfortable, a short walk to the beach with ocean views from the lanai. Shuffleboard and mini golf on site that my kids loved, and she bought us a basketball that we could use at nearby Bayfront Park. Heidi was an excellent host and replied quickly with all my questions. The office manager was lovely as well. A wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved staying here! From surprise local juice and treats our first morning from the host, to beautiful views from the kitchen and porch, swimming four times daily, short walk to the beach, and a very comfortable condo, we feel lucky to have stayed here!

We very much enjoyed our one night stay at Heidi’s property on Longboat Key! The location was incredible; close proximity to the pool, and overlooking the Ocean, which was just a few steps from our door. The extra accommodations, paired with Heidi’s thoughtfulness and excellent communication made for an incredible stay. Would love to return!

Clean, great location, beautiful pool, very well maintained

We had an amazing time on Longboat Key. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Just steps away from the beach, we saw the sunset every evening and saw some sunrises on our morning beach walks as well. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Heidi is a fantastic host. You won’t be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and booked again for next year. The condo was spotless, had a wonderful view of the gulf, and had everything we needed and then some. The location was terrific, very quiet and relaxing. Only 58 steps to the beach!! Our host Heidi was wonderful to work with and even had some special treats for us upon our arrival. Would definitely recommend this condo.

We had such a great stay at this sweet little condo, and the location between the beach and the pool was perfect. My son is 11 years old and I felt comfortable just letting him go back and forth between places and he loved the freedom. The house is equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your stay, including little treats left by our sweet host. The beds were comfy, linens were soft and she had extra cozy blankets and pillows in the closet for extra comfort l, and so many beach read books to chose from. We grilled poolside at night and watched the gorgeous sunset, and took long walks on the pretty clean beach. This was one of the most relaxing trips I gave had in years, and we will definitely be back!

Family of four greatly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the condo. Very clean unit, thoughtful touches included (good coffee, key lime pie, and orange juice), comfortable bed, and beachside for walking, shelli g, sunsets, etc. Excellent location has you a short drive to the lovely Coquina Beach and Anna Maria Island!
