House was clean, and roomy! Lots to do and plenty of down time.

This place has the perfect layout. The three bedrooms have their own bathroom. The common area is on a separate floor than the bedrooms, which is nice when some what to stay up and others want to turn in earlier. The kitchen is a comfortable size for fixing a meal as a family and well stocked, too! The hot tub and indoor pool a short walk away was a plus. Loved the mountain biking and hiking nearby. Plenty to do in the area for all different preferences. Highly recommend!

The resort was very nice, the home was very clean and comfortable! We were pleasantly surprised with how nice everything was. I would definitely recommend it. We are all hoping to go back soon.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Everything we could need was readily available, the beds are comfy, and everything was very clean. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, especially this time of year with the color of the fall leaves. We enjoyed having access to a pool, hot tub, and other amenities that made for an even more relaxing time. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

This was our first family vacation since the beginning of Covid. The house was just perfect for the eight of us. Six adults and two children. There was lots of room to spread out and play games, do puzzles, watch football and smack down cribbage. The resort is so close with so much to offer. Be sure to book early for couples massage as they fill up quickly. I would highly recommend this home as a great get away. Our hosts Tammy and Frank have made their space so welcoming. Just be ready to climb a few stairs. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Can't wait to come back again.

This is such a beautiful place to stay in. It was so nice and pretty outside, Beautiful trees everywhere‘s around you to give you a privacy of being out in the country in a secluded area even though there are people nearby. The inside was set up so nicely. Being set up with three rooms for two people in each room and each having their own balcony and bathroom being away from each other for privacy when preferred is so nice. Loved having a Jacuzzi in the master bathroom especially after hiking all day and being a little sore. But it was also nice to have the common area where you could sit and talk, enjoy the gas fireplace, watch some TV if you wanted to, or go out on the balcony and just enjoy the beautiful weather and the beautiful surroundings. It was nice to be able to cook your own meals and have the dishes/pans/utensils etc. you needed in order to do so. Loved having a grill to barbecue out side and put steaks and fish on that. It was so nice and clean as well. Having a place being clean when I get there is essential for me and it was. Could do laundry whenever you needed to. It was great having a garage as well. Loved the gas fireplace. It was also nice to have a foosball game where you can just play and enjoy and feel like a kid again. Truly like having a home away from home but being able to enjoy a beautiful vacation all at the same time. It was just a great place to stay.

We were so pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, and pricing of this condo at rumbling bald. Our kids loved the amenities nearby at the main resort area (putt putt, indoor pool) and we all slept well in the king sized beds. We will absolutely come back to this unit if we visit Lake Lure again.

Great time at a great location

Wow, nice place to stay 2 minutes from the gates of Rumbling Bald. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Nice to have a garage to park in and plenty of room for everybody. Loved enjoying the trees on the decks.

Excellent spot for families with kids

Very nicely decorated, DVDs and games, nice deck to sit and enjoy the woods. Foosball table, jacuzzi, and grill on back deck.

Our family greatly enjoyed this home! It is only 2 minutes from the gates of Rumbling Bald, but at the top of a wooded hill with only 3 buildings, a great tree covered neighborhood to walk in. Everyone loved the Casper king beds in all bedrooms, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Loved the private decks in the trees for quiet time.
