The property was nice. The toiletries provided in case you forget anything was an extra nice touch, as were the games provided. When we first arrived, there was some noise from the skate park across the street and some loud bass from somewhere close. We were a tad concerned it would end up keepkng us awake. However, we left and when we arrived back, it was nice and quiet. People were back at the skate park before 8am. I didn't hear them, but my husband did. The independent heat and air systems were nice for temperature control, as they allowed each room to set a temperature that was most comfortable for them. In the master bedroom, the system was not working properly and did not cool properly. It was also a little noisy. It didn't bother me so much, but it was the reason my husband didn't sleep well our first night. We ended up not needing all the rooms, so the next night we stayed in the room with one double bed and we both slept much better. Beds were comfy. All in all, i think it was a great stay. It was close to the area we needed to be in, but there is road construction in the neighborhood. Not at all the fault of the property owner or anything to be done about that. Just plan a little extra travel time.

We stayed at the property while our son was at an A&M camp and it worked out perfect. The location was great and lots of stores within a 2 mile radius. The hostess was great and very willing to work with us. We will stay again. We also brought our dogs and it was pet friendly.

The location was perfect. The remodeling done to this old house was very well done. The master shower was my wife’s favorite part.

The house had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving visit-even an extended table and chairs. Everything is well thought out and Melissa is very quick to respond to questions.

Very accurate of what to expect! Beautifully remodeled with close proximity to EVERYTHING! Weekend visit to watch a basketball game at Texas A&M and this home was perfect for our family!

This home was perfect for our family’s trip for an A&M game! Close to campus, well laid out with just the right amenities (and even extras in case we forgot something), and very clean. We had 6 adults and the home was just right for us.

The whole family and our pup LOVED this house. It was super clean, organized and had more supplies than we could use. The linens were so soft! Their is a skate park next door, but it was never an issue and the kids enjoyed playing there. We will definitely return.
