This was the perfect location for my wife and I to stay in October! This was for a family visit, but the area (Eagle River) is also a great base to explore the surrounding area of Alaska.
The apartment has a wonderful open floor plan with plenty of space - we appreciated the kitchen and all of its amenities, as well as the rest of the place. The washer/dryer was great, as it allowed us to pack light and do laundry a couple of times during the stay. All around, a wonderful place.
Steve is also great! He stayed in contact and ensured we had everything we needed. Thank you!

This spot was just right for us! Walking distance to several places and the neighborhood was walkable also. Day tripped out of here and looked forward to comfortable accommodations to return to. Nice big closets to hang clothes. Washer/dryer They have EVERYTHING covered for your stay! Thanks AAA

This is a nice unit, nice appliances, finishes, comfy bed, laundry, extras. It is a second floor unit, in a neighborhood with no view from windows, just fyi. Because shoes are not allowed (which listing does say), it was a bit of a struggle removing and putting on shoes while sitting on bottom steps because entry is small with no chair to sit—and when coming and going with items in your hands it’s not an easy task. Steve was good to communicate and work with, and everything we needed was there!

Sadly, we didn’t stay. Dirty, food on floor, table and counter sticky, long black hair in tub. Steve gave one excuse after another, but when place was still not ready two hours after checking time, we left. This place could be nice, if truly cleaned prior to check in. I would NOT recommend dealing with host. He refused to credit whole refund even though he admitted Place was not ready at check in.

This is a fantastic property. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Anchorage area. I normally do not write reviews, but this place exceeded all of our expectations. It is in a nice neighborhood, extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, great location, safe, well decorated and it had everything we needed for a home away from home.

This was the perfect property for us! We flew into Anchorage late and went directly to the property. Short distance from airport and very easy to get to. Host was very accommodating and the place was amazing! I plan on staying there the next time I return!!!

This was my first time staying in a vrbo unit. We were pleasantly surprise by the ease of finding a place in Alaska and by the cleanliness of the unit. All appliances and amenities were high quality and the heated floors were wonderful. We never got cold! The unit was quiet and a great location for our family.
