We had 10 ladies and we had plenty or room and all that we could ask for! Loved being able to walk to restaurants.

Reviewer Comments: lovely older home updated but needs some TLC on the exterior. kitchen was great needed a little deep cleaning and don't have a refrigerator that appears to work but doesn't. disappointed in beds for paying such a markup for the week of fourth. I would of rather had box springs than all the TV's. The common area was awesome.

The house in a PERFECT location to the ocean and shops! It was a great house to get multiple families together ❤️.

The floor plan is nice and open. Plenty of space for family and friends in the large living room and dining room. The kitchen is also family friendly with lots of space and an extra seating area. The coffee bar area has an extra refrigerator that was nice to use for extra cold storage space. The kitchen doesn't have a hand mixer; the can opener and peeler were poor. Plenty of silverware, pans, pots, dishes, etc. The bathrooms are all updated with step in showers. The porch is wide and enjoyable morning or evening. The back yard parking was tedious. We played musical cars backing in and out a tight alleyway. The front street can be busy with public parking to use breach access at the end of the street. Clean towels and linens are provided. Location is nice. Easy to walk to Robert's grocery, local shops and restaurants. Nice beach access. Overall a wonderful open, airy place with lots of room. House was built in 1930s so floors are uneven, stairway is narrow between first and second floors. We used our own blankets and comforters from home. So glad we packed them. Duvet covers were visibly dirty and stained on several beds. 😕

We were able to easily park 3 vehicles in the driveway (street parking is available first come first serve AND is paid parking - it was monitored and tickets were issued to those who risked not paying).The house itself was very nice and clean! It was the perfect setup for our multi family stay. While apparently it is very common to have to rent extra items (baby items, beach chairs and toys, etc) it would have been SO nice for these things to have been available with the rental - this was our first vacation in NC, so it was a bit of a shock to have to rent items. We did rent what was needed and it was all delivered timely, so no complaints there!The location of this house allows you to walk to shops, a small local grocery, places to get food and drinks, smoothies, coffee, etc.We loved our stay and will definitely choose this house again!
