Excellent location, just a short walk to the centre of town and a great view of the Normandy bridge from the window.
There's a free car park over the road, but it's very popular during the day and fills quickly. We managed to park there every day and it starts to clear a little after 6pm. Although we didn't get to meet the host because of family commitments she was very helpful if we had any questions.
If I'm being picky it would only be that it's on the 2nd floor so a bit of a climb with a suitcase, but that's only at the start and end of the trip so not a biggie and we'd happily stay there again.
