This well-kept, beautiful home was the exact type of property we were looking for and we received! Great views in a quiet neighborhood with enough space for our family to stretch out. The host provided all the amenities for us, including kitchen ware and plenty of extra towels and linen. It was such a great thing to have the bathrooms in rooms, especially for my older kids who want their privacy. We would 100% stay at this property again the next time we come back to Seattle!

Very close to the airport and local freeways. The house was clean and well appointed for our needs.
A few times you could hear people in the ajoining house. Just two things: the drive way is off a busy road resulting in having to back into the street or the drive way. The other item that could be addressed are the stairs from the driveway to the sidewalk. They aren't level. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend it.

The property was clean and comfy but the home is weirdly split in half. The other tenants have access thru 2 different doors and you arent able to secure the doors from your side. On the second night i stayed at the property alone as i had a flight for work while my family went home

We enjoyed our stay, the property was very clean and tidy, and everything is where it should be. It’s also very convenient to the light rail and the airport.

From start to finish, we enjoyed ourselves. There is only 1 tv which allowed us to disconnect and focus on the reason we were there and that was to enjoy the city. The host was quick on responding to us if we had questions, which was very refreshing. The house was very roomy.

This place was fantastic. It was so clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Very close to the airport. We stayed two nights before our cruise. I would only recommend two things / 1 I would have at least one more TV so the kids can watch their shows. 2. I would clear out some of the growth between the house and the road. Just so the property is easier to see at night. But overall we loved the property and would highly recommend it to others.

The property worked perfect four our blended group of 4 adults. Comfortable space, clean and great location to everything you need/want. The airport is very close so it was a bit loud in the morning, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We would stay again!

The instructions provided were very detailed and the location was convenient for the different venues we used. The house was very clean and had all of the accessories needed in the kitchen. The parking was big enough to fit two compact cars with additional parking not too far.

The property and host were great. Very clean property. Only downside, which could happen anywhere was gas was stolen and our truck couldn't start without refueling.

The location was great as it very close to the airport and the train system. Stores are a little harder to find. The kitchen was adequate but could use more pots, and other things to make cooking easier. There is one main bath and and two half baths but we happily shared the shower. One of our favorite things to do was pick blueberries right off the road as we took our morning walk! The house was very clean and the beds comfy We enjoyed our stay

It was a great stay! The owners were very nice. The place was cleaned pretty well. The bathroom doors needed a quick wipe down though. The walls are really thin next to each other. Side note, there is a lot of religion decor which could be offensive if not your religion. I would be more than happy to stay again. Thank you!

The house was well taken care of and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great time for our 4 days in Seattle. The host was very responsive - especially when we stupidly locked ourselves out.

We enjoy our stay, especially it was so close to the airport that we didn't have to wake-up early.
The unit is a sub-divided unit of the house, which other residents live on the other side. This unit is not ideal for people with disability or having challenge walking up hills and stairs. To get to the property, you have to walk up a few steps from the parking spot.
The house is nicely remodeled and very cleaned, although the floor make noise with every step you take.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in a very quiet neighborhood

This is a very nice cottage style property. It was very clean. It is located just south of Seattle which made it a pretty good location for visiting both Seattle, the surrounding area, and Tacoma. There are updated appliances for cooking and it has a very nice sitting area with SmartTV. We were there for a wedding at The Museum of Flight which made it a perfect location for us. Most of the events for and leading up to the wedding we mostly center around the Renton area.
Potential Improvement: We only used the queen and double bed. They were very firm and I think a better quality mattress would go a long way in making sleeping more comfortable for visitors. I also recommend finding a way to either tint or drape the windows in two west bedrooms at the very top. There was a lot of outside light coming in at night from next door and in the morning.

Nenita was an excellent host. The property was very clean and nicely remodeled. It had all the ameninities we needed that made our stay very comfortable. An unexpected bonus was AC in the living room and two of the bedrooms which worked very well.
