We had such a great stay here. This is the perfect place. Very close to Eureka Springs and an hour drive or less to Branson. If you go in the fall the Exetor Corn Maze is amazing. You could spend half a day there with the kids. We did and could honestly have stayed all day. Just a 30 min drive from the house. And if you want a place to just hang out this place is great for that as well. Views are amazing and the neighborhood is super quiet. Host is always quick to help if you need anything. 5 stars for sure.

I wasn't until our 3rd day when we were checking out that we realized where the additional bed was. Out in the detached building. We kept saying we felt like we were missing a bed. Two of the girls slept on the couches. We never took advantage of the nice room in the additional building. The place was clean and our owner was very nice when I contacted him prior to going.

The house was great and the view of the lake is amazing. Would definitely go back and highly recommend for others. The owner responded quickly and was extremely helpful.

The place was spotless, kitchen with nice modern equipment, furniture comfy, the view was excellent . It was probably the hottest week of the year so far, so the deck during the day was hot, but the evenings were tolerable. On our last day the A/C stopped working😥 but the owner responded quickly to my text and gave us a refund (it was a weekend and couldn’t get anyone out to look at it before we left). The last night wasn’t unbearable without A/C, we just opened windows and the ceiling fans were an asset! We would return if planning another trip that way!

The house is on a quiet street and the view is spectacular. The pictures don't do it justice. Updated kitchen appliances and the grill were a huge plus since we cooked meals during our stay. The owner/property manager is quick to respond and very accommodating.

Place was great, view was beautiful! We explored Eureka Springs and this was a great way to relax and unwind after a busy day! The kids loved having their "own house" aka the detached bedroom!

View is very nice and location is great. Some beds are a little bit too soft. The third room is not attached to the main house and does not have a bathroom.

We had the best time at the View.....it was absolutely as advertised. The home feels welcoming and has so much character. View to die for! We live on a lake and we have a lake home and this was exactly as we expected it to be. Plenty of room for sleeping beds were comfy living room furniture comfy. As for Chad and his family they were awesome. We had an issue with the C02 detector going off and we were able to contact Chad and he had the fire department come out and check everything out we were definitely blessed that it had just stopped working but the fact he called them to come check on us was amazing. We all got a good laugh from it but it also made us feel super secure in the fact that we were safe. Check in was a breeze and the location of the house to the things we were wanting to do was perfect. We were able to go fish at Roaring River...then go shopping in Eureka Springs...the next day close enough to take a little drive over to Springfield and go to Fantastic Caverns and then on to Branson for dinner before heading back to the View. We cant wait to come back and stay again this will be the home we will use from now on when we go to Roaring River.

Very convenient location for Eureka Springs, Roaring River and Branson. May consider again sometime during a lake month.

Loved our stay here! There was stuff for the kids to play with, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean! My teenager even had fun! The owners were very friendly and accommodating! The best part was the amazing view! We will stay here again!

We had a nice stay. The property was as described. Wish there was a TV in the Bedrooms. Great Location close to a lot of attractions and Activities.

The Good: The house furniture was very nice & clean & everything was well stocked with supplies & kitchen appliances... Also a Great View..of table rock lake... It was great & well above average. Now, The Very Bad: There were 2 married couples with me, both couples in their 50"s., I am in my 90s.... The 2 couples decided to draw for high card to see who would have their choice between the 2 rooms with queen size beds... I felt terribly all weekendfor the couple that lost & was forced to sleep in a attached garage with no bathroom facilities.... The bedroom was nice & clean, but can you just imagine how uncomfortable it would be for you to have to go outside after dark 3 or 4 times in upper 30s & lower 40 degree weather..The male person had to make every trip outside, because his wife was afraid of the dark.... I still feel bad about it & I sincerely hope that the owners would reinburse at least $50.00 & i will pass it on.. Again I want to say the Good was very very good. Thank you, Al Constance

Couldn't be happier with how Chad handled everything, was available and prompt to respond to any requests. Hoping to have another trip here soon. There aren't words to describe the view go during fall and thank me later!

Great location! Close to trout fishing at Roaring River and only 15 minutes from everything Eureka Springs has to offer. There is a swimming beach just minutes away to cool off. Also visited Exeter Corn maze about 30 minutes away which is claimed to be one of the top 10 in the USA. Took a drive to Beaver dam and went on a historic one lane suspension bridge in Beaver, Arkansas, saw Beaver Dam, enjoyed a glass of wine at Railway winery then through Eureka Springs. Had everything you could need inside to cook and clean including a washer and dryer, which is great for families. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved sitting on the deck. It was a lovely getaway. It was perfect for two people. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Close to everything and a great view of the lake. Would definitely pick this place again.

Great view of the lake. Boat marina was nice and close where we were able to rent a pontoon boat for a couple hours.
