Property was over rated and miss leading but was comfortable to stay in. Needs a good clean and spruce up, very little cooking equipment. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice and modern.

Amazing house with everything you could possibly need . Pool is beautiful and aircon in house kept all areas cool in the heat ! Only possible thing I could think to improve it a remote for the garage . Excellent property and property managers !

Our stay was quite disappointing based mainly on the cleanliness of the property. It's always a risk booking a place with no reviews and unfortunately it didn't pay off. The property was described as "luxurious" however the place was not as clean or fresh as it appears in the photos. I got the feeling the property was until recently owner occupied or had long term renters in (which is completely fine) however the place needs a deep clean both inside and out. It appeared no care was given to preparing the property for holiday rentals. Glass shelves & cup holders in the bathroom were filthy, old food crumbs in kitchen drawers, unclean cups & bowls & dirty kitchen bin. Both regular garbage bin and recycling bin was full to the brim so wouldn't couldn't get anything in. There was only one dishwashing tablet for a family or 4 for a 3 night stay and the cleaning cloths provided were dirty. I don't expect stuff windows or pool fence to be cleaned for each stay however it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in atleast a year. Given that most of downstairs were windows it was unsightly again not lining up with the "luxurious" description. Overall for the price of the accommodation (which seemed to be at a premium when we booked) it was extremely disappointing. We did contact the property manager via the app and provided photos and our cleaning fee was returned. What was good: bedding appeared brand new, just out of the packet. Plenty of cups, plates, cutlery etc and pool was self cleaning.
