Amazing location. Great view of the ocean. The beach was steps away. The tiki bar on the pier is nearby as well with the best food on the beach.

The ad promised a storage ae at ground level for beach items. When we arrived there was no key, The mgt company eventually jimmied the lock, but no key was ever provided to secure our stuff. It was half full of random stuff alreadt so we couldnt really use it for everything we liked. One TV was a bear to get it to work, with no instructions. This main TV eventually stopped working altogether. We werent there to watch TV, so not a major deal The sink started leaking through the garbage disposal/drain So The kitchen sink and the dishwasher were unavailable for the rest of the stay . We were told by the mgt company that the repair pesron was given the day off so we had no recourse. Be advised that Carolina Beach pier is closed for fishing and other activities. We were told by locals it will never be repaired. The onshore portion does contain the Low Tide Tiki bar which is a gem for cocktails, food, music and socializing. They will also eventually have a restaurant as well but it was closed while we were there. During our stay the building next door was under remodel. So our nice view of the ocean was marred by a nasty old building being stripped of siding, constant Contruction noise, and views of dumpsters.

It was quiet; the view of the water absolutely gorgeous; I want to stay in the same spot again
