Dificuldade de estacionamento na zona (praticamente só opções pagas).

A zona em si de vila real é bonita.

Informaram-nos que teriamos de pagar 50eur para que a nossa cadela lá ficasse! Informam que o peso limite sao 20kgs. A nossa cadela tem 17kg. Pagamos os ditos 50eur, e após o pagamento efetuado a cadela não pode ficar! Ou seja 50eur para a cadela ficar de 23 a 26, na qual NÃO pode ficar e perdemos o dinheiro. Informaram só depois dos 50eur pagos que tinham outros apartamentos com terraço mas ha qual nem sequer permitiram trocar ! A cadela teve de ficar num pet hotel. Falta de sinceridade, falta de comunicação, alem de ter sido insultado via telefone! Ainda nos disseram que se fosse pequeno podia, e colocamos a questao: se tivesse 10kg poderia entao ficar? Ao qual nos responderam: nao, nao podia. Ou seja querem beneficiar de taxas que nem sao pagas pela booking e temos que pagar ha empregada de limpeza !!! Sendo que o recibo foi passado por uma plataforma gratis online, nem legal é!!

You don't have to venture far from the city centre to have an enjoyable vacation as everything you need is within reach. The location is peaceful and serene.

It's a room is not an apartment: we cooked right next to the bed and the bathroom was right next to the "kitchen". This sums up the whole "apartment" The walls were so thin, you could hear the people from the other room just speaking. Overpriced for what it was, for the season (April) and location (Vila Real)

The location is one of the things that I liked the most. Not too far from the bus terminal, and close enough to the university camps. The bed was big and very comfortable, the kitchen had everything that I needed to cook. The TV had more channels than I expected ( normally, it only comes with the 4 national channels, but this one had all of them, even sports). The bathroom was not that big, but it was big enough for me to walk. At night you don't hear any noise, something that I was impressed with cause of the uni party happening. Easy access to the building and very helpful customer service. Overall, for what I paid, I got more than I expected.

The stairs right at the beginning of the door. Maybe they should put a sign at the door mentioning the stairs. I almost dripped but besides that nothing really.
