Eight of us stayed here for the labor day long weekend. We enjoyed the house. It is very well maintained. The kitchen is not the best but all necessary utensils, etc. are available. We are a little bit disappointed about the private beach - very small and not good sand. Also, you are expected to bring your own shampoo and body wash. But the location is very convenient and close to the town center, so it is not a big issue. Overall, it was a very delightful stay in this house.

This property was well located just south of Main Street, Hyannis. Overall, it was a great house for our three-generation family of 10. The rooms were spacious and there were lots of amenities. The kids loved having their own 'wing' of the house upstairs, and also loved the game room. I think over 100 games of Pop-a-Shot were played. The kitchen was also large and well stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils we needed for family meals. The mini-split ACs with controls in each rooms was awesome, and the bathrooms were large with nice showers. The private beach, less than 500ft away, was small but nice at both high and low tide (very different as at low tide the water is way out there). It also had warmer water than the two lakes we visited!
The house itself does show the signs of being 'just a rental,' as there was a bit of siding missing (resulting in lots of wind and rain noise in the upper large bedroom), and one of the beds was broken when we arrived (the frame was broken). However, Paul coordinated to have that fixed, and he was responsive to any and all questions I asked. Overall, I would recommend this property!

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house looks like the pictures, the air conditioning works well, the outdoor shower is great after being at the beach, and the beach is a very short walk. The beach chairs, towels and buggy were nice to have to go to and from the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and worked great for our family and guests. The main living area is also spacious and was great for hanging out. We would definitely stay here again!

A nice large house for a big family. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen has plenty of space for multiple people to help prepare food. Close to a private beach where tidal pools can be explored by all ages and next to Veteran’s beach which has a lifeguard monitored swimming area. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful despite being very close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Hyannis. Our family had a very good stay at this house.

Our family (6 adults and 5 kids under 7) really enjoyed our week in this house. There was lots of room to spread out, which we needed with a baby and 3 toddlers. We rented cribs etc from BabyQuip. We spent a few mornings at Veteran’s Beach just a few blocks away, took the hi-speed ferry to Nantucket for a day, and enjoyed a few day trips to West Dennis Beach and to Chatham. The house had everything we needed: good kitchen, comfortable beds, great ac, plenty of beach paraphernalia, and a very responsive property manager. We definitely recommend this house for families with young children.

My family had a great time in this newly renovated house that is ideally situated in a residential neighborhood by the water and within easy walking distance to downtown Hyannis where the ferry, restaurants, and shops are located. Everyone had a clean, spacious bedroom to sleep, a comfortable living room to hang out and watch TV, and a fun game room to relax. The Pop-A-Shot was a huge hit. The kitchen had everything we needed and was spotless and well maintained. The waterfront area for our use was small but provided ample space to relax in a beach chair or skip rocks on the calm water. This place is quite the find. I’m so happy we found a great place to stay on our first trip to the Cape.

Really nice beach house on a quiet street! Its a newly renovated house so it has some older house quirks (for example one of the bathroom fan pannel switches is on the outside hallway) but all the amenities are new. It was clean, well stocked, and had a nice outdoor space. The private beach is small but expands quite a bit at low tide for great tidepool exploring. Its also a half mile walk to a bigger beach or Hyannis Port restaurants. Great for a family vacation!

The code provided was incorrect so we needed to contact the property manager and have the code changes in order to enter the house. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff also had the wrong code and could not clean the house. Paul, the managing agent, was able to get a cleaning crew over and everything went well after that. He was very helpful and considerate. The house is spacious and good for a family. It needs a little TLC but other than that it was comfortable.

Great location!! Yard space was great, quiet neighborhood! Walking distance to ferries and main street shopping. House was very clean, kitchen area was great for family dinners! Very relaxing! Great parking!

The home was clean, large with ample space for 2 families. Definitely met our needs from this standpoint. The house did lack attention to detail. The only toilet paper in the entire house was what was left on the roll. Yes we brought some with us and left what we didn’t use of ours. Absolutely no dish soap left in the empty container so we went out and bought a new one and left it for the next people. No laundry detergent therefore didn’t start towels before leaving. Ice machine on the fridge also didn’t work. The handle on the beverage fridge was broken so We never ended up using it. The game room for the kids has a basketball hoop/catcher but the legs to the catcher piece were broken - taped and still didn’t stand up. Curb appeal - much different from all the other homes, as well as siding pulling off the house. We did not receive a door code from VRBO and contacted the property manager who was super responsive and helpful. Overall served the purpose but I would not go back. Could tell it was a house managed by a company and owners did not put much effort into small details. All in all not impressed by the price off season and lack of attention.

This house was perfect for our 3-family gathering. The children loved the game room and the adults loved the comfortable living room and spacious bedrooms. We were within a short walk of the playground at Veterans Beach and had a lawn at the house for playing soccer and tag. The dining room table was large enough to seat all of us together. We would certainly stay here again with our family.

My family and I were here for a few days to celebrate Thanksgiving, and the house was perfect. The kitchen was large, clean, and well stocked with what we needed to cook. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were many. And the living room really was perfect for relaxing, especially with the large windows. We didn't use the game room much, but out little nephew enjoyed it briefly when they stopped by. Really a great space.

When arriving to this house in this beautiful neighborhood we were beyond delighted by both the inside and the outside. The inside was extremely spacious, with a game room and more than enough bathrooms and bed rooms for everyone’s stay. Our favorite part was the private tree-created path that lead us to the beach where we got to enjoy a sunset every night. Overall, our time spent here was beyond joyous and relaxing, and we can’t wait to go again soon.

The house was beautiful, very clean and spacious! Lots of great amenities; ac in every room, new washer dryer, 2 fridges, beach chairs, ect. Location was amazing! Centrally located so we were able to do activities in Yarmouth, harwich, Dennis and hyanis. Short walk to a perfect private beach. Short drive to other great beaches. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our three weeks at this clean, comfortable home. We had plenty of room for our extended family group. The kids especially liked the game room, and the adults liked the spacious bedrooms and many bathrooms. Problems with a faulty smoke detector and fridge were resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
The location of the home was great - quiet, pretty neighborhood with access to a private beach less than a block away. We also enjoyed walking to Hyannis Harbor, the ferry, and the shops and restaurants on Main St. This mid-Cape location was an easy home base to explore other towns and beaches, too.

This is a very spacious, clean, spot for a large family or friends. Great games rooms. Large bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen is large and we’ll sticks with supplies. Fridge is in the process of being replaced. Furniture and decorations are modern and cheery. We wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

House was very clean and spacious for 2 families with small children - kids enjoyed the game room. Location is great with a short walk to a small private beach with shallow water good for the little ones. Downtown is a short walk away as is the ferry terminal.

Our 2022 family vacation was a success! This house was clean and fully stocked with the items needed to spend the week at the beach. The one time I had a question, I was answered promptly. Great summer vacation spot
The house was great for a Cape getaway. All of the amenities were included (even boogie boards!). The house was clean and close to everything in Hyannis and Yarmouth. The whole family had a great time.

We reserved the property for Friday and Saturday nights as we had an event all day on Saturday about 20 minutes away. The location of the house was very convenient to restaurants and stores in Hyannis and there was neighborhood access to a beach. The ferry to the islands was only a short walk away as well. Another plus was it had plenty of parking. I would not hesitate to go back.
