Absolutely gorgeous inside and great location

Location was excellent and quite close to train station. However we hadn't realised there was no lift. Staff so accommodating and carried heavy suitcases up narrow stairs and down again.

It’s very well located, the room looks great, beautiful bathroom, not noisy
The staff was really friendly, they let me in before checking time.
Nothing to complain

The location was good and close to the station. Staff were very helpful, especially taking our bags up to our room with a very steep staircase and no lift.
The hotel has no lift and being on the 4th floor with a very steep spiral staircase was not at all ideal. There was nothing mentioned on booking.com about not having a lift, had we known we would not have stayed there.
