The apartment was absolutely superb, and the large terrace with a sea view exceeded our expectations. We loved coming back in the evening to seat on the terrace watching the sunset. The apartment is spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4; the kitchen is fully equipped, the bedroom bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and includes a washing machine. Near the apartment, you'll find the famous "La Golosa" gelateria, where we had the best ice cream of our entire Italian vacation this year; as well as the "Coal" supermarket, which we really liked and where we could always find everything we needed (food and toiletries). Our host, Paola, is a wonderful, sociable person who gave us plenty of information about things to do in and around Ancona. Grazie mille, Paola!

We didn't have a problem with this, but for the sake of those interested in this aspect: the location isn't central, so you can't walk to the city center quickly, though the bus stop is nearby. We used bus 1/4 daily and could rely on it.
