Short bus ride to city centre (walking would be 20-30mins). There's a Tesco up the street, had entire flat, with fully-equipped kitchen, TV in living room with access to all the channels and streaming if you have subscription. Quiet location, convenient, clean and pleasant.

It's a top-floor flat, quite a few stairs so be prepared for that.

Nice bright flat, everything you could need was provided, spotlessly clean. Host checked in by email to see if everything was ok. Buses right outside into the City Centre. Co-Op seconds away for snacks or meals if you want to cook. There are a lot of stairs if anyone can't manage them, it might not be suitable. I do struggle but took my time.

The flat is comfortable to be in and was clean and tidy. I liked having space to move around and sit and watch TV in a living room not just be confined to a hotel room. The shower was surprisingly powerful bearing in mind it's a top floor flat which was a bonus. The co-op store is literally one minute walk and has enough supplies to provide for breakfasts and snacks. Even better there is a wine shop opposite which has a huge range of alcoholic beverages if needed. The bus stops are also directly outside which made getting into the city easy and it's only about 10 minutes to the last stop which is directly opposite City Hall, meaning it was a good place to navigate around from. For example, the tourist information office is a 2 minute walk from the stop - walk towards the open top bus tour stops and you'll get to it. They have free maps and were very helpful, particularly highlighting attractions which are free if you're on a budget.

The lock box for the keys was very tricky to open and it took several tries before I managed it which was frustrating. The entrance hall/landings reminded me of my eldest son's university digs - unkempt with bikes chained to the stairs and piles of recycling outside some of the flats. It's not a welcoming entrance to the flat. As others have commented, there are a lot of stairs to climb to the top floor so be mindful of this if you've had a Guiness or two. The flat is on a busy main road and I found it very noisy at night trying to sleep. The information provided is out of date - 2017 what's on in Belfast for example. The bus fares and location of the stop back are also not current so keeping this up to date would be more help to visitors not familiar with the city. More information about where to go and recommendations for food and drink would have been nice.
