Very clean a comfortable beds

Principal door and bathroom door they don’t close easy and microwave didn’t work tv doesn’t work without a Roku account

The room had a coffee maker but they do not provide coffee.

The room was over an unheated storage space so the floor was like ice. The entry stairs had not been shoveled and were unsafe.

The location was perfect.

My wall heater didn’t work and my room was cold. They did bring me portable heaters and it was ok.

The room smelled like some one was smoking in there all the time. Very smoky!!! It was cold inside, even with the heater on. The stairs were dangerous! (snow and ice!)

Wasn't clean in time for check in and was delayed checking in by half hour, no silverware for the kitchenette rendering all the plates and bowls useless, door didn't line up with door frame so wouldn't lock without a good bit of time and effort, tv was set to Japanese and no instructions on how to change it, super squeaky bed that was loud every time you moved, not insulated at all so heard the highway outside all night, generally not clean.

Check in precedure was convoluted. Right on a busy main road. No air conditioning

The unit was beautiful and updated. Linens were mostly clean and the unit was nicely decorated. The Chalet is close to many shops and restaurants as well as the beach.

We weren't able to enjoy most of what we paid for. When we returned to the unit in the evening, we had a blackout with no lights or electricity until 4 in the morning. The wifi, fridge, outlets were not working until the morning which ruined much of our experience. We couldn't sleep all night due to excessive heat from being unable to turn on any fans and we had constant noise both day and night from construction, especially since we had to sleep with windows open. We have yet to hear about any compensation for lack of services provided.

loud road noice, curtains don’t cover window and bright light outside window lighting the room at night. no ac. no maid service actually there is no one on site that I was aware of.
