We came to Asheville for our summer Vaca- to do some fishing. The house was very inviting and felt like home. Very clean and smelled so good. Thank you for making our stay great! We will stay here again… 5 stars would recommend!

Overall experience of the place was good-to-great (4-4.5 stars). Below are some points for further explanation.
Good location, with about a 10-15 minute drive to get to downtown Asheville. Which made it ideal for our group. With that being said, it is a bit further off the main roadways to where you probably wouldn’t be able to get an Uber/Lyft to take you and your group to downtown. It was also about 5 mins from a grocery store and gas station.
Check-in would have been better with a keypad for both the front door and garage door. Having only 1 key to get into the property required additional coordination from our side since we had parts of our group arriving and leaving at different times throughout the stay, and had to be there to lock/unlock the house.
The place was overall clean, where you would expect (bathrooms, kitchens, beds/linens), but there were to my surprise several areas (like windows, corners of the garage) with large comb webs and active spider webs on the property. Thankfully didn’t have any encounters with any 8-legged friends.
Lastly check out could be majorly improved. Didn’t have a book/binder with instructions or a formal email with exact instructions, and had to look through different emails to put together the full “before you go” checkout instructions.

Roomy and fresh paint. Lots of hot water. Serious odor problem, missing window screens ( so unable to air out) with broken blinds. Pots and pans weren’t clean and only provided with one dishwasher packet. Kitchen facet drips. Decking and front steps not safe if your barefoot.
It has great potential but needs some additional work.

This house was great for our weekend trip, it has everything you need. Granted we spent most of our time exploring the area

The property was very clean overall, although the grass had not been cut in weeks when we arrived. It was cut after our arrival. We were given one garbage bag for the entire stay for a party of 7 plus only two spare rolls of toilet paper. The property manager did bring us extras upon my complaint, but we only had one day left of our trip and by that point, it was too late as we had already purchased our own - a fun errand to run on family vacation! There was an ant problem in the kitchen and issues finding the 3rd bathroom. It's on the lower level inside a closet through what appeared (to 3 adults) to be a locked door as the doorknob doesn't turn. We had to call about that issue too! They could easily put a sign on the door to circumvent that issue. There were signs everywhere to 'Please use black washcloths to remove makeup' yet they gave us only 1 black washcloth for 7 guests. Just gross.
The back deck is nice and spacious but the deck furniture only seats 5 and was very dirty. The inside was clean upon arrival outside of the unmowed lawn. The location is nice and private.

This was a nice big home, plenty of space. It was located easily next to everything we wanted to do. The only real complaint I had was it did get pretty warm one of the nights downstairs and upstairs with the air on. And the shower downstairs has no water pressure which really does suck, my wife and I both have long hair and in order for me to get underneath the showerhead my toes are smashed up against the side of the bathtub which kept plugging the drain so that was a little annoying. Also the very last step before you get to the bottom floor You guys might want to put some hazard tape on the edge of it, I know it’s no one’s fault but my stepdad missed that step thinking he was on the bottom step and he thought he twisted his ankle only to find out today in Texas he has a broken bone in his foot. And then the next night I did the same thing in the dark… my depth perception was off and it looked like I was on the last step, I almost rolled my ankle but luckily I’m younger and I was able quickly adjust and not hurt myself… Lol but my stepdad wasn’t so lucky. And of course I don’t blame anyone or anything for that but maybe just putting some yellow tape on the last step to let people know they have one more in case they’re dumb like me and my stepdad lol. Other than that the place was great even my son who is in his fourth year of college said he would definitely love to rent this place out as well, we would definitely stay there again!!
