Un beau balcon mais étant donné l'heure d'entrée, on ne peut en profiter car le soleil est parti depuis longtemps. Pas de fonds de cuisine, apportez tout.

Spacious, good location, great views, sunny balcony

Absolutely superb! Brand new, spacious, designer flat, all the facilities, sea view and 5 minutes from restaurants and centre. Bikes friendly: they have a secure garage in the basement, closed at night. Perfect for me and my friends as we were touring on bikes. The receptionist/manager Estrella, was fantastic: perfect English as she had lived in the UK, extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place very highly if you want a beautiful place to stay in the region.

Nothing really. Well there's a bit of a building site at the back as they are building some more apartments but the building works only took place during the day when we were out.

Family with 4 kids traveling through Spain to spread the Gospel and stayed overnight at this place. What a great find. It would be amazing if there were places with this combination of size, price, newness all over Europe. Great stopover or for longer stays. Beds are really comfortable, a/c units in each bedroom which warm up the rooms very quickly (stayed in January). Very modern, great wifi, beautiful views, clean and safe location. Staff is amazing from the wonderful lady who handles the check-in to the housekeeping ladies. Parking outside the apartment on a quiet street or 50m away on the road in front of the beach or under the property in the garage for a fee. Kitchen had a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. Came with a cleaning pack for a single load in each machine. We will definitely look to stay again when traveling through Spain.

Water heater seems to only handle about 2 showers with the available reservoir before it needs to warm up the water for the next person. It could take a couple hours to be ready again. Could have been something wrong with the settings but since we only stayed one night, we didn't test it out again. Maybe it was our unit only but not a big deal for our stay.
