Location is great, next to the metro, in a very cozy and nice neighborhood. It has a nice terrace and a little yard in the front of the house. All was good
the walls of the room located in the last floor needs some restauration.

The location is good, close to bus stations, metro station and Santa Justa train station. There are enough restaurants and cafes around. Also there is a shopping mall to reach by walk. The owner of the house is very helpful.
Hard to reach city center by walk, cleaning of bathrooms could be better.
