The staff was sincerely apologetic and didn’t argue when we insisted on another room. The bed/mattress was comfortable

We arrived very late (12am) due to our flight, upon arrival I wasn’t impressed with the room but thought ok it is only one night. Generally older rooms that need a renovation. We showered and wanted to go to bed. On the bed were tiny black insects that jumped when you touched them. We assume they came from the aircon. We immediately asked for another room. That one had many insects also on the walls and a bathroom smelling like smoke. We let the ventilation run the night to get the smell out which it did in the morning. We couldn’t do much as it was already 1/2am and no more energy to change the hotel completely.

Not valued for the money which I booked king studio room, No generator for power backup, washroom was smelly all the day, amenities are very less for basic needs, no lift facility, geyser and water problem in bathroom

Rooms are big and clean.

1. No kitchen or food available. 2. No near by market or availability of public transport. 3. Room service is not good. 4. No lift. No staff to help with luggage during check in and check out. 5. Double check if it is a late night check in. In my case even though I confirmed several times about my late night check in, room wasn't kept ready as expected. Person at reception asked for entire payment before checking in. There was no help to carry the suitcase to 2nd floor.

No breakfast was offered.

Kettle want there but the stand was.. fan speed wasn't changing, stuck at 5. Otherwise a nice stay
