Very clean and beautiful house with amazing amenities for the whole family. I highly recommend this place.

This house was FABULOUS and a perfect fit for our family! The house was VERY CLEAN and had everything that we needed to enjoy some family time at the lake. The huge family room and gorgeous windows created a truly peaceful atmosphere. The generous sized bedrooms are on different levels which gives everyone some privacy while all still being together. Our teens (and us adults...LOL) especially LOVED the game room. It was perfect for a rainy night. We were welcomed with a fun smores kit but unfortunately the weather didn't work out for us to use the fire pit which was just out back...next time! The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed. The house is an easy walk to the boat dock & Tim's which was a great option for dinner. The hosts were GREAT to work with and made everything very easy. All in all, a 5 STAR house....we will definitely be back in the fall.

Our group loved so much about this rental. We enjoyed the location and having access to a covered boat lift for the weekend. Made it so much easier and enjoyable. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 5. We hope to be back in the future!

From the moment we pulled down the long private drive, we knew we made the right choice! This home away from home is tucked back off of the cul-de-sac (read: private, quiet), but is steps from the lake and Tim’s at Lake Anna! Walking to food and so much more (putt putt, even) is hard to beat. And it wasn’t quite lake season, but we definitely plan to go back so we can take advantage of all the location has to offer. We were in town for a family birthday party nearby, and were lucky enough to find this new home! Outdoors: HUGE yard to play yard games in, have kids run around, etc. They had cornhole, a kayak, life jackets, and several nice camping chairs in the garage for use. There’s also a fire pit with chairs, and a nice deck with chairs and a gas grill (which had a full tank- thank you!). There’s also a lovely screened porch off the huge master suite! Indoors: Spacious and very clean! Beautiful open floor plan. On the main level (which is not ground level, btw) is the kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom and master king suite. Upstairs is a half-story with a queen futon on the loft and a bedroom (with en suite full bath) with a full-size futon, and twin bed with trundle. Separate climate control for this area was nice. Very comfortable! On the lower level, there was a queen bedroom, full bath, laundry room, bonus room (with a clever sectional which converts to a queen), with lots of games, including basketball (state fair game style- it was great), ping pong, etc. The single car garage access is here as well, and it’s a walk out basement which leads to a nice porch. This home was very well appointed- the owners clearly thought of everything. It was truly appreciated!! From a technology standpoint, there were 2 large tvs- one on the main level and one on the lower level. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the home- and Roku was provided as well. The thoughtfulness of the owners was apparent. Firewood was provided for the fire pit (we had rain and didn’t use, but the kids sure appreciated the s’mores and snack welcome tray anyway). The kitchen was also well appointed. We had a wonderful weekend making memories with family and look forward to returning. If you’re looking for a great spot on the lake in a safe, clean and spacious home, look no further!
