We loved our stay in this cozy home in a quiet beautiful neighborhood the first week of August, 2023. We would love to come back again. We loved the beach access right across the street and water views from the upstairs bedrooms.

Location was great. Plenty of room. Big kitchen. Quiet. Lots of parking. Right across the street from the beach access. edge of town with almost no traffic. Beds were so-so...about what you expect.

We had a wonderful time at this beach house! It's conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood and the beach is just across the street. The unit has a huge, comfortable sofa in the living room where the kids had fun lounging and playing video games that we brought. The kitchen is well stocked with a cute breakfast nook. From the dining room we saw bald eagles flying by and deer running across the lawn. The ocean view from the master bedroom is wonderful. The kids enjoyed their stay in their own bedrooms. The washer and dryer were great amenities to have. We really enjoyed staying here with our family. We will be returning for sure!

We had a great time in Seaside. The house was well-organized. with labels on the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen - which made it very easy for us to find what we needed. I want to especially thank the person who cleaned the house before our visit. He finished a few minutes early, did a great job and was especially friendly and welcoming.

Amazing seaside location!!! Home was perfect for my large family.

This house is in a great location - its out of the main town at one end of the beach. This means it's quiet, near rockpools for children and the beach, and yet within walking distance (along the beach!) to Seaside. The house itself is very clean and well-kept. The kitchen has a professional range, the family room is very big, along with the separate living room. Upstairs the beds were very comfortable and well-sized. We had a great stay here (as you can tell!) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend it to families with kids who love the beach, and couples looking for somethin quieter near the beach and facilities of Seaside.

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again! Lots of room to spread out, close beach access. A short drive to promenade & main strip. We did some initial cleaning...housekeeping could be better: cast iron has stove top very dirty/greasy, kitchen trash with closed lid sits along wall was splattered with brown sticky goo that also ran down side of can. Counter tops not scrubbed... maybe just quickly wiped. Food debris on rugs in front of sectional couch in livingroom. We cleaned and went about our business.... no big deal but still I think property owner should be aware. Usually I book through vrbo and have correspondence with property owner. This is only correspondence through vacasa..... who seemed to not know about the property.... they had to check and get back with me when I inquired about things. No main floor bedroom. Fairly long flight of stairs to get to bedrooms.... not an issue for us but prevented elderly parent from joining us. Only one tv in main floor livingroom.... no TV's in bedrooms or front family room. Again, not a problem for us but families with younger kids would most likely need a 2nd tv. Parking around back requires climbing a few stairs and we avoided the round yard mats that would slide out from under our feet when stepped on.... we just walked in the grass. Large washer and dryer in basement was a plus.... again, long flight of stairs to basement. This is a beautiful property and would stay here again. My first time working with vacasa... know how they work.... not very knowledgeable about properties they handle, no personal contact with property owner, same day check-in / check-out instructions...... I'll be prepared if I use them in the future... it's a learning process.

This was a spacious home with top of the line appliances and lots of hang out spaces. From the bedrooms you could hear the sound of the waves and it made for some deep lovely sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well appointed with towels and extras. It was a great relaxing family getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming house. We walked to the beach to find hermit crabs in the tide pool and Osprey Cafe for breakfast in the morning. Love the quiet neighborhood yet so close to summer fun.

The house is well decorated, spacious and homey. It’s a very short walk to the uncrowded portion of beach. The amenities and supplies are superb and more than at most vacation rentals where I have stayed. It’s very reasonably priced for all it has to offer. We loved our time there. Everything is better than described and we would definitely return and recommend it to others.

We had two boys(8-year-old and 5-year-old) with four adults. The boys enjoyed the roomy living room to play with each other while grownups enjoyed board games in the family room. That was a great arrangement to enjoy each other’s companies. The kitchen was well stocked. Walking down to the beach was easy with our boys. We look forward to coming back in the future!

This house wasn’t the one we originally booked, we were switched to this one by Vacasa when original had maintenance issues. Good location and great large main living room. Then…. Bathroom downstairs shower is not usable, so really has one main full bath and 1 master bath. Batteries in thermostat were dead, we ended up replacing them. Safety concern !!! You must park in the back. There is a pathway to get to front door, as you cannot enter into home from back- the pathway around is NOT safe. There are red disc stepping matts on the grass. Grass is very wet, the disc simply slide out from under you on the mud. We are not older and we’re quick enough to gain balance, but someone will fall. Not a good set up !!!

Everything is as charming as the pictures suggest, clean and well maintained. It was extremely cozy for beach days that got rained out. This was a great stay for a family of four, but could easily accommodate a much bigger group. Easy driveway parking, the wifi signal is strong, well-equipped kitchen -- the Rocky Beach House by the Cove had it all!
