If you are planning a trip to Akumal I would 10/10 recommend this house! We came as a group for a friend's birthday, and we were all absolutely blown away by this place. It's in the best location close to everything. It has its own beach access on the most beautiful waters. Snorkeling can be done right there which we got to see a giant sea turtle the size of me! The staff was fantastic and made sure our rooms and pool were cleaned every day. There a few really good restaurants within walking distance but we also rented bikes nearby to get to a few that were farther. If I ever come back to Akumal, I will be staying here again. Amazing rental!

This was our second stay at AK. We love the home and staff. Great location on the beech.

Beds were very hard.

The House was Absolutely Amazing. I brought in my 40th Bday here, along with 6 family&friends. The View is breathtaking, esp in the morning watching the Sun rise. The staff was beyond Helpful and accommodating. Very sweet and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and beds comfy. This house was everything I wanted. We hated to leave, this was Absolutely one of the Best times of my Life! Thank you so much to Everyone at Villa AK❤️. I can't wait to come back. Everyone that has seen videos, were Amazed in how Beautiful the house and Akumal was. Thank you! We give 10 stars!

No complaints at all!

Wonderful location. The main home and additional villa/suites were perfect for our group. The property was enchanting and the area had many delicious restaurants within walking distance. Namaste Transportation was suggested by the owners for our airport transport. We found them to be exceptional too. Highly recommend this villa and area for all future travelers.

Our family of six adults and two children stayed 4 nights in this beautiful home in the heart of Akumal. The property owner greeted us upon arrival, and she was friendly, helpful, and an excellent communicator who cares for the home's well-being. The home was clean and beautifully decorated with a well-appointed kitchen. The pool was perfect for children and adults with a fully fenced yard and secure gate to the street and gate to the beach. Towels and pool seating were comfortable and generous. Home's location was perfect for meals, entertainment, and quick shopping. We hired a wonderful chef based on owners' suggestions and could not have been happier with our dinners. The home's maid has worked there 21 year, and her family works together to beautifully maintain the property. Villa AK has a stunning rooftop view of the ocean and morning sun rises. We recommend Villa AK without hesitation and give the property 5 stars! We will be back next year.
