Es Figueral Nou Hotel Rural & Spa - Adults Only - Over 12

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The location was beautiful with great food, drinks and views. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Der Blick, die Lage, die Atmosphäre

Leider waren Blutspritzer am Bett.

The pool area is nice and we could always find a spot (in the shade)

The airconditioning in our room was very poor. We had the signature suite and its quite a deep room. The AC is placed near the entrance and blows transversely which makes the AC stay near the entrance and not make it to the back of the room. The thermostat which is next to the door would show 23°c during the day when the outside temperaturen was 35°c outside. But during the night when it was cooler outside it would not get colder that 25.. the property does not have a solution for this problem so we cut our vacation short. And to add to it, we had to threaten with legal action to get our remaining nights refunded. Its sad because the property has a lot of potential.
