When we arrived, the staff member was sleeping in the lounge area. She seemed to be on something, or very disoriented.

We checked in pretty late at night. Because we planned to leave before check out this was a better option as far as price wise for the area however the check in was HORRIBLE the woman had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I use this hotel brand when traveling along with others and have never had an issue with customer service. My friend noticed that most of the amenities were closed but was talking to me about it and she yells well you can go to the hotel across the street. There was another customer in front of us, I couldn't believe it. Then while I'm trying to get my confirmation number she walks out to vape before helping me. I had to go outside to get her. Then I was trying to explain to her I booked the room with my bank card but I wanted to use cash simply because I don't like to keep cash on me. She proceeded to still run the card slammed my license and card down and said you need to call them. I told her again I'm paying with cash she responded you need to pay a deposit. Which is fine but her attitude and customer service is ridiculous. Checking out was better. I asked the young man if he was a manager and unfortunately he already knew what I was about to say, he apologized for the experience Owners need to replace this woman ASAP. A part of business is free marketing called word of mouth. I immediately texted my friends who were traveling not to come to this location because I didn't want them to experience this woman. If they weren't all an hour away I would have cancelled my booking and roomed with them at an another location but honestly I was tired and ready to shower.

Was no breakfast and called about pool before we booked and was told there was one and when we got there guess what no pool so the kid couldn't swim

Everything could've been better. Defently won't be back. We didn't have any towels or wash rags in the room and staff was very rude. Everything was dirty and the construction thruout the night was nonsense. Asked to cancel the room cause of everything going on we was told you paid for it you stay in it don't care what you think

It was advertised as 2 queen beds but it was 2 full size beds. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned all the way and you could see the ring around the tub where the water was slow to drain. We won’t be staying there anymore

Upon arriving I asked for extra towels as I always did before. I have stayed at this hotel several times with absolutely no complaints and had a wonderful time however this time my stay was horrible. I did not get my extra towels. I was told that I had enough for 2 people and that's all I needed!! The next day we didn't get enough towels no wash cloths! Although the woman cleaning my room was very nice and professional the front desk personal had a lot to be desired.. That was my last night staying at the hotel... We stayed 3 nights and they NEVER came in or checked our room to clean or empty the trash...

There was a roach in the bathtub, it was dirty. Had not been cleaned. Even the sheets had stains on them.
