Everything looks just as it does in the pictures! We’re loving the location in such a lovely area. The staff has been super helpful, helping us with the door and even providing an extra AC for the living space since the air doesn’t flow from the bedroom. We’re really happy with the coffee, washing machine, the space, and the bathroom. The mattress, pillows, and blankets are all great too!
The sofa bed collapsed in the middle of the night, and we are extremely fortunate that no one was injured. This could have resulted in serious harm, especially to a child or elderly person. We insist that this issue be addressed promptly to ensure it is resolved and does not happen again.
