Property was outstanding. Our family of 8 had a great time. Plenty of room, great location, amazing view. Property was well appointed as we cooked many meals in the condo and had everything we needed. Owner was easy to communicate with and offered great suggestions to help make this a very enjoyable trip.

This is a wonderful unit. Very clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach!!

Condo 702 at Aqua couldn't have been better. The layout of the common areas is perfect. Some of us watched tv on the living room half while my son did a puzzle on the dining area table, while my wife read a book on the balcony - all independently, yet within a quick wave to each other.Three large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (thought the third one is technically the "common" bathroom) were comfortable, quiet, and clean. This is where I would usually comment about how the real-estate camera makes everything look way bigger than it is. That isn't the case here. Walking in the front door had a "wow" factor that I hadn't experienced in other rentals. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware and was perfect for a family that cooked in most nights. The balcony was perfect for four adults, and our granddaughter, though six-eight adults would be comfortable. The complex was nice, clean, and close to the beach. The gulf was closed due to rough water, so the pools were crowded, but it really didn't seem like it. The ONLY minus would be the elevators. Incredibly slow. But, s what, right? We walked to Pier Park and the pier a couple of nights, once up the street, and once up the beach. Both were great. Dan, the host, was incredibly informative and communicative. Definitely made sure there wasn't a thing to worry about. We had a fantastic time. The condo, location, amenities, and host could not have been better. Rent it. You'll be glad you did.

Beautiful condo, spotless, and perfectly located. We loved our stay and would definitely return.
