Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great communication with the owner/management company from the start. The location is located minutes to DT Morro Bay yet far enough away from the traffic and daily people that if you never left the house you would be content with the view and accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay with easy access to the heart of Morro Bay and surrounding area. We had five adults and two small children. The house was clean and communication was easy. My only recommendation is to bring extra hand soap, detergent, and trash bags, particularly if you plan to stay more than 3 days and your stay falls on a Thursday when trash is collected.

the location is just fine, no issues there. the texting with property mgmt had the potential to be a great way to communicate, but it quickly dissolved into frustration, when we couldn't get a repair guy to come out and fix a broken bathroom door handle. you could get in, but couldn't get out hardly at all. we had talked to (per my estimate) 3 different people via text, and it seemed i had to keep repeating the same info each time. we got so frustrated i told them to just forget it, as it was ruining our experience in Morro Bay. if something big like this comes up in a home, the expectation is there to be a timely resolution. and they just failed to meet that expectation. the home itself is rather aged, which seems to be typical of most places in Morro Bay. also, when i asked for a couple of more trash bags, (since we had a longer stay of 7 nights) they gave me a long winded explanation before essentially saying no we wont do that for you. this was the straw that broke the camel's back. this was a simple ask, and they couldn't even meet that expectation. i think i would not stay here again, so i wouldn't have to deal with this property mgmt company again. good luck to all those who stay here in the future.

This place was perfect for our two small families and dogs! Comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a spacious living room pretty much gave us everything we needed so we could travel to various locations with no trouble at all. We had a couple of questions, and they were answered quickly and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend this location!

We really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for our family. Our teens enjoyed the bunk room and my elderly parents were able to manage the stairs. The views are great. I only wish the deck had been a little bigger- and I think it should be redone soon. That would be a great upgrade for the property. Everything was super clean and we’ve already booked it for next year!

great location with a beautiful view. the open floor plan was great for our family to enjoy time together. the location was a quick drive to the coast. we enjoyed our stay.

The house had everything we needed to fully enjoy our visit to Morro Bay and the Central California Coast. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook some meals at the house. There was plenty of space in the living room to allow us to spread out. The house was an excellent value.

We loved staying at this house. It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and safe and it had a great view of Morro Bay. The neighborhood is not very walkable since it's on a hill and there is no sidewalk, but it is a 5 minute drive from the main points of interests in Morro Bay and a 15-20 minute drive to SLO. It has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. My favorite was the kid's room, my toddler loved the decor and to be able to watch movies in the room. The house was so clean which in these times is sooo important. Aside from the amenties left, games, ping pong table, roku, etc. It's located 5 minutes from shops and restaurants which with kids is an ideal distance. I would most certainly stay again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon first blush we were all impressed. The pictures for the front room and the kitchen. the view is great and the neighborhood is quiet. The back yard is just dirt and the porch light does not light up over the BBQ making it difficult to BBQ. We hade a problems BBQ steaks we purchased for the second night. There is no place to sit in the back and there was tiny pieces of glass on the dirt so taking my dog in the back yard for potty was a little scary. The heat is only in the hallway. In the afternoon it is really hot and only 1 fan in the whole house. The BBQ issue did get resolved but I was back and forth with someone texting and I think there was 3 different people telling me different things. I got very frustrated because I was trying to have fun with my family to have to stop and text back and forth the whole morning. I think the house if overpriced. The 3rd bedroom is only good for kids. My adult niece had to stay on the futon and the sheets on the twin beds were not clean.

Experience was great!

We enjoyed our stay here Comfortable. Kitchen well equipped Due to fog and smoke (fires) we couldn't see a view but I believe there is one. Would be nice if yard was more than just dirt

Very nice property for quiet stay with dogs. Just right size and location with a great view of the Rock and ocean. Very close to dog friendly beach also. But be warned, even though the listing says late check out CAN be available, we were told by the property managers representative that the owners do NOT allow late check out.
