Clean, spacious apartment, comfortable, 24 hr security, quality bed and furnishings, fitted kitchen, Netflix included, well maintained pool and small garden area. Appreciated being met on check in and check out by the property management team Ali & Hope.

Why is Payment by bank transfer only? There was no option to pay using my credit card so I had to arrange a UK Bank transfer. Quality property, but still felt it was overpriced relative to alternative options we checked. We accidentally broke a glass tumbler and apologized for it. Accepting it was our responsibility to offer to pay for the damage, it felt petty to be charged $1.5 when paying $900 for our week's stay. I also feel the $4 Ukunda airport pickup should be included to reflect the quality of the property when staying for a few days at least. House rules limit the provision of toilet rolls to 2 per day (is it necessary to be so specific?), and why is no hair shampoo provided, and why a charge for using the washing machine? These Customer service matters don't match the quality of the property and leaves a poor perception of service. It's a lovely property but the little things can be big things.

The stay was too short 😁

I had a very nice stay in this apartment. Everything was spotless. They cleaned the apartment every second day and there was nothing to complain. Even laundry service was available from one day to the next, for reasonable cost. The swimming pool was a little bit small, but I was always alone in. The whole property consists of four similar apartments. It was absolutely quiet and very comfortable. The property manager Ali, great person, made sure everything is in order. He was always helpful and extremely friendly. This was one of my best holiday properties ever. I highly recommend it. It is every single Dollar worth.

Fiorella beach house is truly a home away from home. It is in a gated and secured environment, and its closeness to the beach brings out a serenity and tranquility that is suited for a relaxing holiday. It is a very lovely apartment equipped with everything a guest needs for an enjoyable holiday. And the experience starts with a great host (Alli) who is ever ready to attend to your needs, while the ambience is quite relaxing, it is the sweet fragrances from the beautiful flowers that becomes more suiting especially when having a chill time in the clean swimming pool. Also, tidiness of the apartment is top notch, the well-polished wooden stairs and hand railings are super impressive, while the clean bathroom makes you want to spend an extra time in the shower. The beds are super comfortable and makes for a good rest especially after a long day going round Diani for sightseeing. Oh, by the way, the rooftop is another part of the house you don’t want to miss, it makes for a good escape in the evenings as you gaze into the receding waters of the beach and marvel at the beauty of nature, the sight sure makes for an appreciation of nature’s beauty, and I truly relish the experience. Sure, had a great and fantastic time staying at this classic work of art called Fiorella and will be back again!

Our spacious,well-equipped,beautifully furnished apartment was set in amongst such well cared for gardens.It’s quiet ( only 4 apartments) and has a small well maintained pool.

This is a very good location. It's a few minutes walk down a private road to the beach. The cleanliness was excellent. The finishings are superb and the welcome warm.

This was a fantastic property in one of the best locations in Diani. everything within the apartments was to a high standard and I will definitely be coming back again. Ali was a great host who was incredibly warm in hi welcome to my family and I. thanks for a great stay!

New, comfortable and spacious apartment. With a nice pool, sunbeds and friendly staff. It's a short walk to the beach.

Fiorella is beautiful and peaceful. Very central location for Diani. The decor is classy and kept perfectly clean. Well stocked kitchen. The sea breeze blows fresh through the spacious apartment. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to criticise, but I did get a surprise when a naughty monkey started tipping chairs over on the terrace at 6am!😁

it’s quite in the middle of the center. the neighborhood is quite and the location is super safe. the host was also really nice and helpfull. ideal for everyone.

Ideally located in a quiet spot in the middle of all Diani beach hot spots - or a short 1 or 2-dollar tuk-tuk ride away. The accommodation is super comfortable - great bed, relaxing living area, and functional kitchen. A clean pool and staff made the experience even better. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The appartment is amazing, large space, very well furnished, high standards equipments, outdoors and pool, the place is secured and very comfortable. The location is great since we are 2 min away from the beach by feet. The Staff is professional and welcoming

A kitchen hood was missing to extract food smell when cooking. A bigger trash in the kitchen would have been great. Bath rug missing. A better bath soap and daily cleaning would have been appreciated.

Ali was a great host from the point we made the booking till he dropped us off at the airport. He was very cheerful and very knowledgeable about the Beach... all the best activities and events. He was also available to take us around when we needed him. The facility itself was excellent and much better than the pictures depicted. Very spacious, clean and well laid out. On top of that, its just a short stroll down to the beach. I must also give a special shout out to Susan the in house chef who churned out excellent meal after excellent meal (ask for the red snapper and thank me later).
