We had a great time at Red Oak Retreat! The house worked great for our two families! Black stone was great for cooking breakfast and the hot tub was perfection after hikes!

For Starters I would like to say my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We are currently planning a trip to return in the summer of 2023. When we first arrived the first things we stated was “OMG”. The cabin was beyond beautiful and way more than we expected (in a good way). The cabins is even more beautiful in person. The cabin is suitable for all ages and has plenty of space. We had a age range from 5 months to adults and everyone felt comfortable. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. I really loved how the Cabin had 3 levels which gave the kids their own space and the adults their own space. I really enjoyed how convenient each level was (such as a microwave and refrigerator) on the ground level. The out door space was just as good, with plenty seating areas. The wrap around deck was truly amazing. The location is minutes from downtown Blue Ridge which was great.
I will not spoil all the surprises that this beautiful gem holds. The only issue that we had which wasn’t a issue for the home, but the incline to the cabins had a roadway partially wiped out. This was the only issue we faced. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in a beautiful location. The host was truly a blessing to my family and I. The response quickly and assisted with any questions that were asked. The host also made it convenient for us timely.

Everything about this cabin was top notch. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and spacious. The kitchen was very nicely equipped for what we needed.
The whole group truly enjoyed the stay. The cabin provides plenty of space that we were not all over each other for the whole week. The beautiful snow fall really was the icing on the cake on our first night there.
Also GREAT communication with the host at all times.

We had a great time. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities but did use the hot tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a nice quiet get away with the family. The cabin was extremely nice. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and other entertainment available at the cabin. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

My family had a great time during our stay. We enjoyed making fires outside and being able to make breakfast on the blackstone. We enjoyed the privacy and it being so quiet. The hot tub was a hit with the kids as it was easy to get to just off the back door downstairs. We enjoyed ping pong, playing video games upstairs, and cooking. We would stay here again.

We had a Thanksgiving family gathering and the house was perfect. With 8 adults, one teen, and two infants we had plenty of room! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for our Thanksgiving cooking. What a treat to have the rolling tv so that we could watch football and soccer at the same time! There was so much room for us to all spread out in the two living areas and on the beautiful decks!
The owners were very responsive. They had the cabin beautifully decorated for Christmas. We feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this gem of a rental!

Absolutely a beautiful cabin with comfortable furniture, bedding, etc. the wrap around porch, fire pit, 6 person hot tub, deep kitchen sink. Can’t complain! Enjoyed playing ping pong, warming up by the wood outdoor fireplace, & watching UGA play on the main level outdoor tv. Wished we had better luck with weather (overcast, foggy) because the scenery was lovely the morning we left. Our weekend felt way too short!

So there was 10 of us, two families. The kids took the top level with the ping pong table and arcade games our friends took the main level with master bedroom and wrap around porch which left us the bottom floor that was totally private including direct access to the hot tub and of course it’s own kitchen area and master bedroom as well as darts and foose ball. I could go on and on about this place . We go to this area each year for vacation and will definitely book this cabin again.

Great cabin. Very clean and had everything you need! You can tell the owners really wanted us to feel at home. Only feedback- ping pong table should be in basement so balls don’t go over the railing all the time. You need a 4 wheel drive to make it up the hill. It was raining heavy and we almost couldn’t get up the hill. Location was good and the scenery beautiful!

The cabin is fully equipped for a great mountain vacation! It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious inside and out! The wrap around porch was perfect for lounging and having breakfast. We loved being able to roll out the large TV to the porch and watch the Braves game while sitting fireside. Owners were friendly and responsive. We hope to stay again in the future.

This was our first visit to the Epworth/Blue Ridge area. We loved staying in this cabin. It's newly built and very well furnished. This rental had enough room for us to enjoy family time together, but also enough room to spread out and enjoy the many levels and rooms. Our son and daughter enjoyed playing in the upstairs game room, and my wife and mother enjoyed reading outside on the deck. We would recommend this rental for a relaxing and fun family weekend.

This cabin has absolutely everything you need for an amazing vacation! There are plenty of gaming options, TONS of outdoor space (covered and uncovered) and lots of room for everyone to have their own space. We were about 20-30 minutes away from all the activities we did. We enjoyed whitewater rafting, lazy river tubing, shopping, ATV rentals and a boat rental on Lake Blue Ridge during our stay. We absolutely will be renting this cabin again in the future!

This cabin was gorgeous. There was plenty of space and the beds were so comfortable. All of the televisions were Smart TV’s and the hot tub was amazing. The only con that I have about being in this cabin is that I didn’t reserve it longer. The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. It’s so beautiful!! Also, if you have any questions the owner responds pretty quick. My family had a vacation that they’ll never forget.

Wonderful place. Cabin very clean and plenty of space. Kids were extremely happy with the games and ping pong table - only suggestion is to move ping pong to basement and put fuseball on 3rd floor. We chased ping pong balls all over the main floor when they would come over balcony...but even that was entertaining.
