Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man braucht. Vor allem der Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang ist ein Traum. Es gibt leckere Frühstücksalternativen für jede Ernährung. Ausserdem ist das Personal unglaublich freundlich und geht auf jedes Bedürfnis ein. Bei Kleinigkeiten kommen sie dir auch direkt entgegen. Prinzipiell auch eine gute Lage jedoch ist ein Roller empfohlen, sonst muss man, wenn man etwas unternehmen will. Immer ein Transportmittel rufen. Im grossen Ganzen kann ich diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank noch mal für alles.

Staff very friendly lovely room and couldn’t do enough for you

We had such a great time in that hotel! The room- absolutely beautiful!! The pool was so nice and we felt so good in the room! Perfect view to the sea. The staff and owner of the place were amazing, and answered every request and helped whit every thing we asked for. The location is just 20 minuts drive from the center off tourist center. And very close to the bridge to bohol itself.

There was problems whit the wifi due to the weather. One other thing was that we had to add money to our coffee every morning because we didn’t take the lower version of the coffee they offered.

First, say that the stay was very pleaseant, comfortable, clean and service was very attentative. The room, in which we stayed (Santorini), is amazing for couples and for that we recomend Epic Suits highly. But somethings I must say as a critical review for the future guests.

Maybe it was that we were in the low season, or other reasons but if you present yourself as a luxury hotel, there are some minimums you must cover. Starting with the animals, I know is a personal decision from the ownership, but the hotel is full of cats and street dogs. Every night we listened some cat fights and barking for hours , just outside the room. I guess other guests don’t mind , but if you are afraid of wild dogs , maybe it would be nice to describe it in the Hotel description. Another thing is that, again if you are already paying a luxury price, you should include basic things on the fare. For example, in the breakfast, even a latte coffee means an extra fee. Also we rented a scooter with other vendors- because theirs is more than double the normal fare- and our parking was outside the hotel parking in front of a wild dogs refugee, near a fire trash pile, not very good image for a Luxury hotel. Finally the service is great, but not in a “luxury” level, they are very slow, sometimes they forget the order or the task at all, I know that maybe those things just happened to us and are outliers, but it is what it is… Moreover, they keep on offering to hire some activities with them, at your personal number, such as fish catching, day tours, when you have not asked for that info. Summarizing, the experience was awesone and great and I would repeat but not at that price.
