This is a very nice home with very modern amenities and fully stocked kitchen utensils and cooking supplies. Bathrooms were all nicely stocked with all the right touches. Large and handy laundry room. Walk down a few stairs to a nice dock with a large boat slip and jet ski lift. Plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out but also be together for meals. Very convenient to at least two boat rental locations. The driveway is steep but the owners were very willing to help make sure parking was not a problem. Very large and clean two car garage. We will definitely come back!

This property had everything and more needed for an amazing vacation!! We have never stayed at a place as clean and well stocked. They provided toiletries, paper towels, etc. The house was even more beautiful in person. Kemp helped us park our vehicles due to a steep driveway and was right next door if we needed anything. The dock area was great. Floaties, a radio, and a refrigerator were all down there. It was a great location. Everything was so close. If we ever return to Osage Beach, we will definitely rent here again. It was FABULOUS!!!!!

We couldn't have been happier and more pleased with our stay! Everything from top to bottom was excellent! We've stayed at several properties over the years on LOTO and this was by far one of the nicest and cleanest of all. Location is great, all of the house amenities are perfect, and Kemp and Kim are awesome with communication and ensuring everything about the stay goes smoothly. All of the little things such as the extra fridges, interior stocked items, coffee bar, grill options, Bluetooth radio, floating pad, etc all add up to make it the perfect place! The layout of the house was great as well for our group. Five stars all around! Thank you for renting out such an awesome property and we look forward to returning again!

Great location with quality accommodations. Host were very helpful with parking instructions and guest comfort. We really appreciated the pack&play and high chair.

Excellent well stocked and maintained property. Owners, Kemp and Kim, live next door and were always ready to help with any questions. Cove and dock are terrific for boating. Would be nice to have an awning over deck to be able to eat breakfast on the deck. Mentioned this to Kemp and he is looking into this as a possibility. Driveway is very steep and can be challenging to navigate but Kemp showed us safest way to handle it.

This is amazing property that is spotless. The hosts are great with communication and wanted to make sure we had a perfect stay. The photos don't do this justice, we would highly recommend staying here. We are already looking forward to our next stay here.

Cleanest VRBO we have EVER rented. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend!! The location was perfect and the dock was amazing.

The home is clean and stocked with everything you can think of. We only had to bring our personal items. All the thought and detail put into this house is outstanding. Owners are extremely friendly. We had a great time!

Really enjoyed our girls weekend at this property. The hosts were great and helped us navigate the driveway when we first arrived. The house is beautifully updated and fully stocked. Highly recommended!

This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need! Kemp and Kim were amazing hosts and very responsive! Everything in the home has been remodeled and is new and the decor is gorgeous! Highly recommend this fun getaway!!

Family fun at the Lake
Giving a five star review is the easiest thing I've done in a while. From start to finish, they were helpful, professional, informative and clear communications were provided. The property is newly remodeled and felt like a home away from home with everything and more! Perfectly located with so much to do on the lake. We didn't want to leave! We were so impressed with this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. Perfect for a family vacation. We hope to return in the future.

They have an awesome coffee bar set up. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, condition, soap and even q-tips and cotton balls. The Wi-Fi worked great. They provided beach towels and floats for the lake as well as a Bluetooth radio to use on the dock. There is a fridge to stock your drinks and snacks on the dock as well.
The best part - the owners, Kemp and Kim, are great! They live right next door and were available to help maneuver the steep drive (make sure you call on arrival and they will help!) or answer any questions we had.

Everything was Brand New and Perfect!
The home was perfectly situated close to everything. Even though we were the first to rent the home after the owners remodeled, it was well equipped with everything you would ever need. They really anticipated everything. The house was clean and amazing! New paint, new floors, new bathrooms, new furniture, new appliances, new everything. This is a perfect place for a family getaway. The cove was very quiet, and the water was surprisingly calm. I was worried about parking our boat in the dock over the busy 4th of July holiday, but it was a non-issue. Owners were accessible, accommodating and friendly! We're talking about booking it for next year...
