Great location! Very close to the city center, also near the bus and train station. Quiet area, so I had a good night's sleep. Clean, cozy room, large shared kitchen with all amenities. Contactless check-in is a big plus!
I liked everything, but tourists often need an iron (and there wasn't one). Although the owner offered to bring one upon request.

The host provided easy self check in details, the location was perfect a couple of minutes walk and you’re at the river. The bed and room were comfy.
I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. But there was a kitchen to use, vending machine and coffee machine which were handy. Good value for money a perfect find for exploring Porto!
There was a little bit of a smell from drains but I kept the bathroom door closed and it was fine.

Lovely staff, great location
Very clean
Has a fridge
Shower was good if a bit small
Small bed for such a good sized room.
(Though this is an issue all across Europe)

The room was of good standard and felt spacious.
It felt a bit empty upon arriving and leaving. More like a Airbnb than anything else. A bit confusing about house rules and check in etc. few options for breakfast and brunch in the area
