The location was excellent!!! So close to the beach
It wasn’t as tidy as it appeared in the pictures. Small details like ; top of the refrigerator was dirty, mirror and tables could have been wiped down better, picture was hanging over the side of the wall, no paper towels, which are just small details that could go a long way

Excellent location; the one time I did interact with human staff, they were great.
Hard to get in touch with a human. No common area. Could have been a lot cleaner; no one cleaned at all during a six night stay, there were several bugs, and we never got fresh towels we requested (despite being repeatedly assured they were coming). Also, they told me to take the garbage out at the end of the stay, but there was no receptacle on the property (dumpster is in a sketchy alley out back that requires leaving the property to access).

"Wunderbare Lage im Art Deco District: absolut ruhig und doch gleich am Ocean Drive und am Strand. Wir hatten die Maisonette Wohnung, richtig schön."
