My family had a fantastic week. I can't say enough about the Sutherland's hospitality. It seemed like any question I asked was answered within a couple minutes. Most things that you could have a question about are either explained in the welcome pamphlet or they have been meticulously labeled. My family had some unexpected circumstances prior to arriving at the house. The Sutherlands went far above and beyond what could have been expected to accommodate our group. We had the pleasure of meeting them in person a couple times and they couldn't have been nicer people. The house itself is stocked with everthing we could have needed. The pool was warm, crystal clear, and very private. The whole house was clean and comfortable. The foosball table, ping pong table, theater, and stash of games/puzzles got plenty of use. Lawrence pond is really the standout for me. The water was unexpectedly warm and clear. It's mid August and there isn't a weed in sight. The kids jumped off the dock, swam, kayaked, fished, and chased minnows with nets. We went out fishing each morning and caught a few nice fish each day. Mostly smallmouth bass, but others as well. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again.

Our family had a lovely week at the Cape. It was VERY hot and we spent many days just enjoying the gorgeous pool (especially our son!) We cooked in the kitchen which had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out. It was hard to leave the pool, but we did venture out to some of the local breweries, mini golf and delicious restaurants. We would stay here again! Rob and Noni were great hosts!

We absolutely enjoyed out stay! The house is stunning and the pool was wonderful. It is exactly as shown in the listing! Noni and Rob are spectacular hosts, offering small details that personalize your stay. They were friendly and accessible throughout the week. This home will make your vacation on the Cape memorable!
