It would be very helpful to have a guide as to how to find channels on the tv. Otherwise, the trip was very nice!

We really enjoyed the great room at the center of the house, and wide doors going onto the deck overlooking the bay. Multiple tables and gathering areas made it easy for kids, adults, young adults to have space but still be together. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. This house is across the street from the ocean, but is an easy walk. We hung out a little on the bay side "beach", but there were many dead jellyfish, so no one was interested in swimming there. We did enjoy a lot of time sitting on the large deck looking out over the bay. It was much calmer on that side of the house (the ocean side was incredibly windy), and very peaceful. We brought a stand hammock and there was plenty of room on the back deck so it got used quite a bit, as did the extra large outdoor dining area. The house was clean, and the furnishings are new (but not high end) so it was comfortable and easy. Overall, it was just what we were looking for!

The house was perfect for our family. We loved that it was far enough down the island that we had easy access to the bay and the gulf sides. The house was decorated perfectly. The beds were very comfortable.

The house was great! It had all the amenities you would need like kitchen gadgets, towels, washer/dryer. The issue I had with this listing is it claims to be “beachfront” which is not accurate at all. It’s “bay front” with a small laughable beach. The gulf front (actual) beach across the street is also VERY small. There is public beach access not far from the listing. The reason I booked the listing was because I thought we could walk out the door and onto the beach which wasn’t the case. It was more difficult with small children not being directly on the beach. Dauphin island is wonderful and we will be back to the island!

We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for our group and the kids loved the bunk bed room. It was a great location with access to beach on both sides of the island. It is close to the park with extensive undeveloped beach at the end of the island. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

The home was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. A few things that would be helpful for future visitors: another step on the back deck stairs; there wasn’t enough dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags for 15 people for 4 days. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that there would be 1 roll of towels, 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags and 8 toilet paper rolls so we could have brought more with us. A few cosmetic things like door stoppers missing, light fixture globe missing, non working ice maker.

Great location on the sound side! Beautiful sunrise and sunset views and a quick walk to the gulf. Love the back porch- a favorite feature of the house. Sadly, biting flies and jellyfish were pretty bad during our stay. Bring some extra blankets if you like to cuddle up on the couch. We couldn’t find any throw blankets. Cousins loved piling into the huge bunk room! So fun. Be careful of the last step off the back of the house. It’s a drop off and could use one more step. Also the kitchen light over the island hangs low so you’ll knock your head on it during meal prep and words may fly! Ha! Could use raising a few inches. House is clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our family stay and appreciated being able to bring our pups along for the trip!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house has 360 views all around. You could see the ocean from one side of the house and the bay from the other. We walked down the stairs of the house and the shore was right there where the kids can swim. The house was very roomy with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we needed. Clean appliances and clean refrigerator. Everything looked brand new. Would definitely stay here again!

Seas The Day is our new favorite house on the island! The location was perfect for us with access to the gulf and the Mississippi sound. The kids loved walking down the stairs and fishing in the bay. We loved being able to watch them from the beautiful deck! The house itself is beautifully furnished with new furniture and everything was absolutely clean. The space was comfortable for our family, with two large dining tables, the kids enjoyed having their own space. Overall this was a relaxing time on the island and we will be booking this house again for spring!

We give it 6 Stars, Very spacious, well built 4 bedroom with comfortable beds. Extremely clean. Has most amenities. The view of the bay is spectacular. A great place to catch up with family and friends. The bathrooms are great, water pressure, non-slip floor in showers. Very much as described. There are a few quirky thing. Ceiling lamp over kitchen island should be raised 6-8 inches. Toilets are a little close to vanity, they also should be taller, not the squaty pottys. Please more than 1 tall garbage bag. A chair in each adult bedroom would be great along with a side table on each side of the king and queen beds. But overall very comfortable!

Seas The Day not only met, but it exceeded our expectations! It is a gorgeous home with everything we needed for a memorable family vacation!
The house was immaculate, and the location was perfect! Our boys enjoyed being able to fish right in front of the house and we loved the convenience of enjoying both the sound and the gulf side waters!
We spent most mornings and evenings on the back deck and loved having our meals while watching the beautiful sunsets of the island!
Can’t wait to be back! Already booking our stay for the Spring!

I'd advise the property owner to add more gravel for more vehicles, as my car got stuck. If we had not had a truck & toe strap we would have had to call a wrecker.

We loved staying at this house. It was perfect for our party of 14. It had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. It was immaculate clean.We love having the bay on the back and just a short walk to the beach. We love booking through VACASA because we know everything is going to be perfect for us to enjoy.

I can't tell you how happy I am we stayed at this Airbnb. This gorgeous new place was able to accommodate my huge family. The back steps take you straight to the bay water. For the days we wanted the gulf beach that was only a few steps away as well. The sunrise and sunset views are impeccable with nothing obstructing our view! The entire place is so clean and fully stocked with everything you could ever ask for. Once we stocked our fridge we had every tool/amenity we needed to prepare our own home cooked meals. The new grill on the back porch made for some memorable bbq's with my kids as well. I can go on and on about how amazing this place is but you really have to experience it for yourself. We already booked it again for next year!

It was the best of both worlds as we walked across the street to enjoy the awesome beach during the day, then soaked in beautiful bayside sunsets from the amazing deck in the evenings, and had fun crabbing at night on the shore of the bay. All the furniture and the setup of the house was super comfortable. As a brand new home, I would hope to see the addition of beach items for the convenience of the renters, so for now bring your own!

Serenity galore
This gorgeous home is my new favorite getaway. The peace and calm I found on that back porch is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The home was immaculate and had all the amenities anybody could ask for. Everything is brand spanking new and spotless. I also love how close the public beach was from the property but with your own private beach behind the home who would even want to go to the public beach? I honestly can’t wait to go back!!!
