This was an absolute great stay! The house was so clean and had everything we needed. There was also a “landing pad” in the kitchen with everything we needed to know and recommendations in the area all listed. I was also impressed with a QR code to easily connect to the internet. I would definitely recommend this property and also will stay again if I am in the area!

We were 6 family members who traveled from different parts of the country to attend our niece’s wedding and related activities in Birmingham. Dan’s place was perfect for our group. It was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, immaculately clean, well appointed and very comfortable for our group. We had absolutely no issues, but I did contact Dan to see if we might be able stay a little past our 10am checkout time and he responded immediately, graciously granting our request.
If you are looking for a great place to stay in Birmingham, this is the place for you. I know you’ll be as happy as we were.

This house is AMAZING!!! Above and beyond in every single aspect. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for 5, super cute neighborhood, restaurants in walking distance, and SO much more!!! I would recommend this house a thousand times over! Dan (owner) was always available if needed, and communication was 👌

Really enjoyed this property. Was visiting family and had my 80 yr old mother with me. Loved that the property was easy to get in and out. The kitchen was fully stocked. It even had some coffee and creamer so I didn't have to run to the store until the next day. Appreciated all the suggestions for food and drink. Lots of nice extra touches that made the home very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Danny was an amazing host! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for 5 people. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

very comfortable. not over decorated. the furniture fit well in the rooms…it wasn’t junked up with things. The bathrooms could use some shelves for toiletry items but still very nice. The only complaint I have is that the gates on the fences were broken and that’s the main reason I chose this property was so the dog could run freely. If the gates are fixed I will rebook.

One of our favorite VRBO stays to date. This place is amazing. Incredibly clean and well appointed. No detail was overlooked in making this house guest-friendly. Everything is labeled, including what type of mattresses are in each bedroom so each guest can choose what suits them best. We much appreciated the off-street parking and how close the house was to everything. We walked almost everywhere or were a ~5 min drive to most places we needed to go. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work and thanks for everything!

The house was great! Very clean and spacious. The house had all the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The large backyard was great for our dogs and the firepit was perfect. The house is perfectly located near food, brewery, shopping, and local sights some are even in walking distance. This was our first time in Birmingham and the house made the trip and location fantastic!

The outdoor areas were quaint and well maintained, too. The only thing that took us a bit by surprise was the extra fees tacked on by VRBO. Renters should be informed up front about what the actual charges will be. For this rental, the rate advertised on VRBO increased 62% after fees, insurance, and tax were added.
