We stayed for a Christmas vacation with entire family. There was lots to do from ping pong, pool and tennis. Driving distance to Callaway.

This was nothing short of amazing! First of all, David was very kind and communicative throughout the entire process. The property was perfect for what we needed as our family came together for a wedding in West Point and allowed us to all be together for Christmas.
Having a festive tree made this a home for us and the grandchildren during the stay. The layout of the property with three floors allowed the families to spread out. The kitchen, den, and pool table rooms were inviting which enabled the children and grandchildren to reconnect.
In summary, this is a perfect property no matter what time of the year! We would have enjoyed the lake amenities as well in warmer weather. The beds were nice and comfortable. The layout allowed for a large family to enjoy being together. The home was nicely furnished with ample parking. The property manager was 1st class! No one will not go wrong renting here!

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. The views from every room were spectacular and the room were well appointed. While the property has a grand appearance, it is also very warm and homey. Younger members of my Family enjoyed the tennis/pickle ball court, billiards, and ping pong. The comfortable seating areas were enjoyed by all. David is a great host and very responsive to guests needs

Every year my husband & I take our 3 children In-laws and grandchildren on a trip instead of buying Christmas gifts !! This place was perfect we rented a party barge, went to Wild Animal Safari, Great Wolf Lodge, Legoland & Cabbage Patch Hospital. So much fun and the property was nice!! We played tennis and swam in the lake

Overall the property was very nice and spacious which made things nice for 4 middle aged guys looking to relax and fish. We particularly enjoyed the pool table and the ability to fish off the dock as our second fishing option. The host was excellent in his response times and very pleasant to deal with. We had one minor issue with a ceiling fan which was addressed immediately. The place itself was pretty much as advertised online. It could’ve easily accommodated more people. Four couples would have been just as comfortable given the amount of space. All in all I would recommend this place for those looking for a peaceful relaxing time.

We had a great stay at this lake house. It accommodated our group of 11 perfectly and had everything that we needed. Host was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend better pots and pans, but that was a small hiccup that we easily corrected. Would definitely stay here again.

this is an absolute beautiful home on the lake, tucked away for serenity and privacy. we enjoyed three nights, four days in this spacious 5 bedroom home. It was perfect for our get away....thanks so much for sharing your property with us.

We enjoyed a great week on the lake with the family. We launched our boat at the YellowJacket recreation area which is a short 5 minute drive from the home. We fished, tubed and swam in the lake. The house was clean and well stocked. The teenagers enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. I highly recommend this property.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and the entire rental process. David, the owner, was incredibly responsive at every step of the way and super accommodating for our family. The property is beautiful and the house is just as depicted in the description, and even bigger in person. It fit our family of 10 easily with plenty of space (and then some) for everyone. We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the lake house and all the activities there. Hope we can stay when the weather is warmer. We had a lot of rain but ping pong and pool tables helped with that. The fishing was great and the kids even jumped off the dock and went swimming some. The house was beautiful and spacious. It was a great place!

We had an amazing stay at David’s property. The house looked exactly like the pictures, and most importantly to me, everything was so clean. Our children had the time of their life with the outdoor space and activities. LaGrange was such a cute little place! We hope to visit again in the future!

Our family created such wonderfully fun memories at this beautiful lake home. Tennis courts, pool table and ping pong gave lots of fun activities for guests of all ages. Plenty of room for everyone. David is very responsive and attentive. The arrival gifts were so thoughtful and appreciated. Will definitely consider staying again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was great for a group of people. Host was very accommodating. I was hospitalized while there and David made sure that my friends were able to stay over until my discharge. If we choose to come back to LaGrange, we would certainly chose this host/house again. The house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is amazing and very accommodating. It has everything you could possibly need. The view is amazing. The fire pit was a great gathering spot for our group. Even though the weather was warm, we still enjoyed it.
The house is close to town so it was easy to run out when we needed things.
David was very quick to respond and was very helpful.
We will definitely be back.

It was a wonderful place and so much room. Only complaint was basement was very musky smelling and the girls could not sleep there. But other then that it was great. Couches were great for sleeping

We had three family friends join at this house for a little getaway to see the lights at Callaway. The house was located in such a nice spot and was so clean and organized. The property manager had AMAZING communication. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great time!

The area the house was located was great. The house sits at the end of a secluded rode and backs up to a lake. The view was amazing and the area was great, close enough to grocery store, Walmart and restaurants if needed. Plenty of room for a larger family and room for younger children to play.
I would definitely rent this place again if we are ever in the area. David communicated with me when I had a question. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with the family.

We had a great time at David Patton Property in Georgia. This place was fantastic! Very clean and stylish with everything you need. It's in a great location, and it was lovely to be steps away from the water. David was accommodation and helpful. The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The place is great, very clean and spacious. All five bedrooms were large and nicely decorated. I was truly impressed by the master bedroom and the attached his and hers bathroom accommodation's. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this wonderful house. I would give this place a 5 star rating.
