We really had fun! This house is in a fantastic location and the views of the bay are spectacular! We loved the pier and spent many hours fishing!

This home is incredible! The accommodations are very luxurious and spacious. The view of Galveston Bay is very scenic, and we experienced spectacular sunrises every morning of our stay. The location is very private and quiet as well. There were 15 of us gathering for a family reunion and 55th birthday celebration for our twin sons. We came from Indiana, California, Virginia, Arkansas and Dallas, Texas. Our ages ranged from 13 months to 79 years old. Everything about this house suited our needs . . . from bedroom configurations, dining room tables, and open living space. Having the use of three refrigerators and an ice maker as well as double ovens, were all perfect for food preparation and storage. Clay quickly met our additional need for a highchair by purchasing a portable one for our use during our stay. This was greatly appreciated and helped us tremendously during mealtime. The bonus of being able to rent the golf cart was also very much appreciated. Everyone enjoyed the easy access to the Boardwalk that the use of the golf cart provided. We were thankful to be conveniently located to Walmart and Target for grocery shopping and other miscellaneous purchases throughout our stay. The Houston Space Center was also very nearby and a must see/do if at all possible! I cannot write this review without mentioning how responsive Clay was whenever I had questions before our arrival. Also, Ralph was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any other questions.

This house was amazing. Everything was as advertised and more. The kid pool at the top of the main pool was perfect for our kids, and the unsung hero of the trip was the ice fridge in the bar. Great fishing off the dock in the bay, and was just down the street from the Boardwalk. Truly enjoyed the house and would definitely stay here again.

Great location.. We stayed Sat-Mon.. Right along the water with a short distance to the Kemah Boardwalk.. Check for activities at the Boardwalk if you're looking for something fun a short distance away.. We will be looking forward to staying here again in the future...

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. Between the pool and the pier, we really didn’t need to leave for entertainment.

We traveled down from WI as a three family group of 14. This beautiful house is just as advertised, easily accommodating all of us. The pools were great for enjoying a week in the hot Texas sun. Ralph the caretaker was there at check in to help explain everything and was extremely friendly. Dan’s Pizza and T-Bone Toms are within walking distance and highly recommended. NASA and Astros game were both easy commutes. Good spot to vacation.

This house was fabulous as was the location. The pool set up was great. Some of us played volleyball in one pool and the others lounged in the kiddie pool with our 3 year old. Everyone enjoyed the indoor fun as well including the pool table and card table. The wide open living room made it easy for all of us to be together without feeling crowded. We tried to catch crabs but no luck. We ended up buying crab and shrimp locally and had a delicious boil by the pool. The golf cart added to the fun as we were able to get to the Boardwalk easily. Highly recommend this place.

the property is amazing (lots of space) and has something for everyone from fishing from a private pier, swimming pool, kiddy pool, sun bath pool (part of bigger pool), pool table, card table, basketball goal, house had 12-14 guests and never felt crowded, anyone can do just about anything fire pit and underwater pool lights were nice to use at night house has 3 fridges, under counter ice maker for drinks, house was clean and Ralph was very helpful and answered all my questions there are bugs outside ofcourse but there were absolutely no bugs inside, so their pest control definitely works well inside location was great and convenient for anything and everything from places to eat, drink, and had specs, walmart, target, gas, within a 5 minute drive definitely returning next year depending on availability this was definitely the best vacation rental we stayed in and best bang for your buck

We stayed in Kemah for a family vacation. There were 14 of us and this home was perfect to house us all. The property is beautiful and close to many fun things in the area. There is currently some road construction around but after driving to the property the first time it was easy to get around. Our grandchildren had a great time in the pools and there were many things for all to do. Love the ice maker! The new firepit was a hit. They are in the middle of remodeling this property and the upgrades they are making are a great attention to an already good house. We were the first to come after the first round of remodeling and they worked hard to be ready for us to visit. I gave a four star for cleanliness only because there was some construction still in the works but otherwise a 5 all around. Security is great, bedrooms are quiet and the aquarium an added treat. The management were very easy to work with and Clay and Ralph were most helpful. Thanks for a fun vacation.

It was crazy cold while we were there and it could be setup better to enjoy the location when you’re stuck inside by the weather (only a couple of inside locations look outside), but it is clearly perfect when the weather is normal for Houston! Thanks for a great place to stay for a Christmas wedding!!

Wonderful experience

The property is a masterpiece,, but that housekeeper Ralph, is everything, very down to earth and helpful,, he stuck to his word💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Everything was great. The golf cart was perfect for running back and forth to the boardwalk. We will be back in the future.

The house in general was OK and clean. There were several chairs that needed repairs, the utility room and the small refrigerator had a strong sour smell. The worst issue was the lower of the 3 pools which had stagnant water and slime and was an eyesore, and obviously unusable. We are unlike to rent this property again, particularly since the owner (friendly and very easy to reach by phone) would not let us look at the property in advance. There is a sauna, but was not operable.

Our family had a great time! The house was large and lots of room for relaxing & watching a large TV. There was something for everyone inside - the guys watched football & the kids played pool & darts. Bedrooms were roomy & perfect for our large group. The outside patio is large & the pool and boat dock was a hit. Caught lots of fish! I highly recommend this place if you want a fun getaway. Kemah Boardwalk is right down the street so we added that to our weekend getaway too!

The house is beautiful with a great view of the ocean. There is an outdoor pool, a boat dock. Inside the house, there is a billiard, card table, karaoke. We had fun playing games, swimming, fishing and eating. The host is generous allowing us to bring extra guests to the house, We had a great time. Definitely recommend,

He was constantly available, but not invasive. Everything was in working order and in good condition.
