The location which is in the heart of the city.
I wish the floor is carpeted or wooden floor instead of tiles. It was very cold even though the heater was switched on.

It looks exactly like the pictures. Excellent location to walk everywhere. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped with everything you need for a few days. Very responsive host.
Heating with A/C was a bit slow and the one in the living room was not very powerful. Second bedroom doesn’t have any windows and the extractor fan in the actual room and bathroom were very small so it felt humid most of the time. Unlike highlighted in other comments, music could be heard until 1am almost every night (there are a couple of bars with electronic music right downstairs). The building entrance is a bit sketchy and the stairs are filthy and smell of smoke.

Perfect location and the owner was really helpful , gave us all the informations we needed and he responded the messages very quickly.
The accomodation would need a deep cleaning, especially the sofas, but the general cleaning was not the best eather, the towels were full of black hairs, and we found in the bathrooms as well some of them.

"The apartment was beautiful and in an excellent location. It was very comfortable and safe. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. Wish I had more days to stay there. ..."
