Home was recently remodeled and done very well. The pool, porch and tiki hut were a great add. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is older and some of the homes aren’t as nice but we never felt unsafe at all. Convenient to everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was decorated lovely and very clean. The yard was our favorite part. The pool and tiki hut are awesome! Also a very nice location, close to multiple beaches, restaurants and grocery stores.

It’s a super cute home in an amazing location to beaches, shopping, and things to do. You can easily get to surrounding areas quickly too. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and not very much traffic in or out of it at any time. The interior was clean and comfortable. I personally wiped down a few areas upon arrival, but it wasn’t anything to take away stars from the rating for. Pretty much anything you may need was provided for you as well. Check in/out was a total breeze and the host was outstanding with communication! The whole family very much enjoyed the stay here…the tiki hut out back to relax under while watching the kids play in the pool was probably our most favorite part. Definitely recommend for families. :)

Strengths: Communication with host was great, we loved the location, the beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well, and pool and outdoor areas were decently kept. Areas of improvement: The surface appeared clean, but there was definitely areas that were skipped by cleaners. (the host was planning on addressing this with them.) There was a few wasp nests outside the home and due to a random cord going into the home, a few entered. Once we closed that window, we only saw them outside. The house lacked some items that we needed such as a lighter for the grill (which also was not cleaned), any type of storage (ziplocks or tupperware), and salt and pepper. Although one may consider these "extras", I have never stayed at a rental that has not had these items. This home has a ton of unique features and beautiful landscaping outside. However, it is apparent that the upkeep has not been done. There was an empty beer bottle and lots of debris around the yard. The bougainvillea was dead and many plants needed love. With all this being said, I feel the host was going to address the cleanliness issues, so I would not be concerned about this as a future renter, as the host was not pleased when they heard about our concerns.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Very nice and enjoyed the pool. The property had everything we needed.

This is a wonderful house and neighborhood to stay in.

Family of 4, including a toddler. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The rooms are small yet comfortable. There was sufficient dishes and appliances for cooking. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend stay here.
