My daughter and I recently stayed here with other parents and children and attended a dance competition. The property is clean, spacious, has a pool, and is close to the ocean and shopping. The property fit our needs perfectly! Alisa was very responsive and helpful!

It was also a wonderful location...by the beach, by shopping, and quiet from moving away from the noisy boardwalk center of Myrtle Beach. The house shares a pool. The inside was very comfortable, clean, and easy to navigate in the kitchen. The host, Alisa, was helpful in wanting to know that we were content. We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the house. If we return to Myrtle Beach, we would rent this house again. **Please do not publish my name, city or state or even my initials. I would appreciate this.

Clean space. Perfect for our family to stay. A 5 min walk to the beach. Near the action! Loved utilizing the pool.

House was perfect for our group! Plenty of room, clean and newly renovated property. The pool is right outside the front door, just across the driveway and the beach is just a short walk away!

House looks great inside. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 2 kids. Location is convenient to the beach and activities for the family. Alisa was so helpful and nice. She really cares that you enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time and hope to be staying there again.

This property had all the qualities of a great stay on the inside. It was very clean and accommodating a group of 8 adults nicely. It was also an easy drive to the airport which was nice for arrivals and departments. Communications back and forth with the hose was very helpful as well. Although the property was fantastic on the inside, the outside could have used some clean up. It was also not very eye appealing and wasn’t the best location. If you are looking for a family getaway spot, this wouldn’t be the most comfortable location wise spot for you. The pool pictures were also deceiving, as it was a common pool area and not personal to this house, as you would expect from the pictures. Overall, nice stay on the inside for a group of young adults, but would need work on the outside for other travelers.

The house is perfectly located for people that like beach walks early morning. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner was responsive to some early check in issues. I would definatley stay there again.

We loved this house for 2 couples and 5 teenagers it was a perfect location for a couple blocks to the beach and close to restaurants. Each couple had their own King bed that were very comfy with their own bathroom and the teens shared theirs. We did think the pool was in the backyard but it was across the driveway to share with the other homes on the property but was very nice. Only thing when we got to the property there was construction going on but the gentleman were very friendly and didn't really bother us. Alisa did allow us to check in early with only a $45 fee and we were grateful for that due to anxious teenagers. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant and clean close to everything in Myrtle Beach!!

Property was super clean and spacious with large bedrooms, a beachy décor and located in a diverse neighborhood one blook to the beach. Conveniently located to the airport, shopping and restaurants. Nice to bring my dogs. They absolutely loved their walk on the beach every morning.

Very easy! My first time using VRBO Host was very accommodating with all my questions. Worked well for my handicapped mother too!

We were in town working an event and this house couldn’t have been more perfect for what we needed. Location was great, house was clean, beds were comfortable, great water pressure. No complaints from any of our crew. The only minor annoyance was that the passcode for the door was a little long. My son was overly eager to try to open it and ended up locking us out with wrong attempts (it makes a horrible loud noise when that happens!) but after just a few minutes it reset and we got in.

It was extremely nice location close to beach, nicley furnished and close to other attractions in Myrtle Beach could try out the pool due time of year and temps but plan on renting same location in the spring and fall when I return.

This property is just like the pictures show it. Nice house that slept 10 people comfortably. Would recommend this house to anyone.

This rental is in a perfect location!!! One block from the main strip and two blocks from the beach. I highly recommend you stay at this rental

It was our second time visiting Myrtle Beach and we loved staying here. I first noticed how fresh the place felt. Very clean. The host was very helpful. Having smaller kids we needed a place that was really close to the beach and activities. We will stay here again!

This place is immaculate! The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate your cooking and eating needs! The location is perfect walking distance to shopping, the beach and places to eat! I really enjoyed the privacy of not being in a crowded condo or hotel, It is a wonderful place to unwind with your family or friends after a long day at the beach, with the added convenience of everything being on one floor. The host and staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was quite enjoyable! We were truly satisfied! Thank you so much!! I look forward to future endeavors!!!

Alisa is a great host. Quick to respond to every question asked. The home is exactly as it appears online and had more than enough space for my family. Not easy for wheelchairs to enter and exit however this can be an easy fix. I still give 5 stars and will be looking for properties from Alisa in the future.

Property was just right for our needs. Owner kept in touch even from out of town

The house was just perfect for our adult children and one child. We had 9 people so the living room was not ideal for viewing a show together as there is only seating for 5. The home is beautiful on the inside and it is clear that the owners and property manager care deeply about the property. Since the outside is still undergoing renovation our party missed potential outdoor seating and gathering areas, but this is no fault of listing. The beach was 1000 feet away and this was the main attraction for our group. I must counter an earlier review regarding insect infestation. The property is NOT infested with cocktoaches. The few bugs we saw were indicative of a tropical, beach climate. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen stocked with nearly everything you need to cook most meals. We neglected to pack a large stock pot which would have been helpful for a couple of meals. It is located close to everything! Alisa was quick in answering questions and remedying any problems of which there were two: a ceiling fan did not work but was fixed within 48 hours and the front door was stuck and also fixed right away. The pool was not completed by the time of our stay. I am happy for future guests!! The addition of the beautiful indoor pool and outdoor spaces will make this property our go to next time any of us are in the area!

We loved everything about this rental. It accommodated our family with plenty of room. A short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat. This place is well recommended.

Inside of the house was nice as advertised. However, the unit, neighborhood was cockroach infested. Unlike other units that i have rented during our vacations, this particular unit is newly purchased and put in-use for the rental purpose, thus missing a number of amenities, including, but not limited to extra blankets etc.

It was a much more satisfying stay than I expected. It felt as if I was staying in my own home, and there was no discomfort at all. It's a newly renovated house, so everything was clean and well organized. The living room is spacious enough and the 4 bedrooms are well separated and the bedding is cozy. There was nothing different with what I see in the photos and I'm sure this house won't disappoint even if you're a picky person. The beach is really a 2-3 minute walk and there are plenty of grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants around. The surroundings are really quiet and it's the perfect house for a vacation. The owner of the house is a person who gives the same satisfactory service and hospitality as this house. If I go to this beach again, I will not hesitate to choose this house again.
