This was the perfect location in a quiet, older neighborhood for our two families (ages 6 months to 62 yrs) to stay while in town for a wedding. The church was a 4 minute walk. Dillon’s grocery store was a short 5 minute drive. The home was very clean. We appreciated a cabinet full of a variety of spices as we cooked all of our meals and ate in. A big bummer for us was that the oven and 2/4 burners didn’t work, forcing us to be creative with our meal planning. Also, the kitchen only had 3 forks, but was otherwise well stocked. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows and towels were available. The A/C worked well and kept us comfortable, especially.upstairs where we expected we might be warmer. The steps to the spacious upstairs bedroom/loft area are not meant for old knees, so reserve that space for the spry. Jeremiah, the host, is attentive, kind, and accessible. He went above and beyond when an iPad was left behind. If our travels take us back to Wichita, I’d certainly stay here again (trusting the oven/stove will be functional).

House was perfect size. Very quaint and clean. Great neighborhood. Host was very attentive and jumped on any needs we had. Very pleased w the stay.

This is a cute little house in an older community. There's neighbors pretty close on both sides but seemed friendly. My 16 yr old daughter and I were there for a girls softball trip and it was exactly what we needed. The AC cooled the house down quickly, there's ceiling fans in every room which was a nice touch. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The best part about this house is it was between the two fields we could play at and within 5 minutes of everything you could need - fast food, Starbucks/7brew, stores, gas stations, laundromat, etc. Ultimately we would stay there again but we really only used it to sleep and shower. We didn't cook, eat or even spend much time there since we were at a softball tournament all weekend.

Overall, it wasn't bad. The counters weren't clean upon our arrival and several of the lights and outlets didn't work. It could be a great house but it needs some work.
